The villa, with a total area of 160 m², is laid out in three separated levels; it is fully equipped and can facilitate up to 7 persons.

The surrounding area (2 acres) includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, playground, barbeque and a beautifully landscaped garden. All outdoor areas and terraces have comfortable living rooms with breathtaking view of the idyllic lake.

Rate notes
Rates include personal welcome on arrival, luggage service, free WI-Fi, air conditioning, safety deposit box and basic welcome pack. All legal taxes included.

Payment policy
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount of stay is required at the time of your booking.
- 70% of the remaining amount is required 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of a total stay is charged for a NON SHOW or an earlier without prior notice departure.
- In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is no longer available.

If cancelled or modified up to 61 days before date of arrival, the prepayment deposit will be returned.

If cancelled or modified between 60 and 41 days before date of arrival, the initial prepayment deposit will be charged.

If cancelled or modified less than 40 days before date of arrival, the price of the whole prepayment deposit will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of earlier departure the total amount of reservation will be charged.

Up to 7 guests are allowed

Children policy
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 16 years are charged EUR 30 per night for extra beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
