The Corinth Canal connects the Aegean and the Ionian Seas through a man-made Canal, this was established by the end of 19th century.
You can hear the ebb of the sea which is at the foot of the house!

The Villa is near Athens, 2 km from the Suburban Railway Station, providing easy access to and from the airport.

The residence is accessible directly from the Old National Road, connecting Athens with Corinth (about 10 km from Corinth and 60 km from Athens).

A House on the seashore, with excellent view to the Saronic Gulf, gated and fenced private grounds, with its own access to a mostly private beach.

Our property starts from the local road meandering the shoreline, and reaches all the way to the crystal clear sea, with amazing sea views , surrounded by pine trees, lemon and orange and olive trees, on a terraced grounds that lead to the beach through a series of pathways.
