"This place is truly great! Has all the modern finishes while still being able to make you smile when you walk in. Located right near downtown Loveland. Would recommend and when I go back to Loveland would stay there again. "

"This beautiful historic house had everything we needed for cooking meals, and relaxing. it is within walking distance to the historic downtown district with lots of shops and restaurants. The walk/bike trail is close by as well. The backyard and porch were nice for eating and relaxing. Thanks for allowing to stay!"

"Nice little home in a nice little town, good value. We stayed while visiting family in Cincinnati. 3 adults and little dog. Works well for 2 adults and 2 children traveling with pet(s) visiting local attractions. We were gone most of the day, so only used for sleep/shower, not cooking or entertainment. "

"Pros: Nice walkable area. Spacious home. Ample parking. Easy check in and out. Cons: Dirty bed linens (unknown spot on duvet; hairs in bed. I washed them and found that the dryer lint trap had the equivalent of a small cat in lint trap) Scuzzy furniture (spots on all and sofa smelled like dog). Hairs on floor in bathroom. Dirty floors in general (clumps of outdoor dirt, eyelash, earring backing, Dorito, etc.) Kitchen not as set up for cooking as I assumed (rusty and dirty cookie sheets; rusty skillets; non-stick pots flaking; no salt or pepper (but there were other spices available); melted plastic cooking utensils; no bowls to cook with. I went to local Goodwill to grab some items. New stairs to upper level moved when going up and down. Turns out they aren’t attached to the wall on one side. Outdoor space not really usable as the furniture looks unsafe (broken). Communication: Automated to the point where my replies to the automated messages were never replied to. I didn’t bother sending messages about the condition of the home because of that. Place is fine for the price. We made do. "

"We have stayed at this house before and love the location, its close to family. The house is set up with living room, kitchen, bedroom and handicap bathroom on the first floor which is just what we needed. We plan to return this summer for my brothers 70th birthday. That being said there were a few hiccups with our visit, all weather related. There was a big snow storm along with extremely cold temperatures for most of the time we were there, which is obviously out if the hosts control. That being said the water piles in the downstairs bathroom froze up 5 days into our 11 visit and never thawed out. We were offered another place to stay but all bedrooms/bathrooms were on the second floor which wouldn't work for us. We stayed because we had water in the kitchen so we could make things work. Plus we would have had to pack/unpack to move to another location, then again when we left and it was really to cold to deal with all that. For the future the water problem really needs to be addressed. "
