"The cabin was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Tucked away in the woods. Great views. Saw two moose in the neighbor's yard. We had all we needed at our finger tips. Would definitely stay here again. It was -20 highs and -30 lows, 3ft of snow on the ground during our stay. Everything is beautiful under this snow."

"Our stay definitely did not meet our expectations. We selected this hotel bc it had a pool and hot tub. Willing to pay more for the hot tub. Which was not working our entire stay. Then someone else was given our room key and that took 3 times to get our keys to work again. Then the TV didn’t work for a whole day. Yes, it was snowing but it’s Alaska…. There was no snow removal, only one pass with a loader main drag during the whole snowstorm (3 days). No shoveling walkways. Could not use the bathtub; no way to stop up the drain. Got a friendly text to let front desk know any issues, which I did which were completely ignored. The pool was lovely but the “towels” were worn out HAND towels. Not even bath towels. The room was mostly clean; there was a used paper towel in the ice bucket. Premises were clean, although vacuuming the hall at 9pm was noisy. Breakfasts were nice. The little market had a good selection of items. EXCEPT any Tylenol or Advil. Nothing for a headache. Staff was pleasant. Location nice. Pillows terribly lumpy. "
