"Had some trouble with the TV, as well as a high-pitched droning sound in the (fairly small) room. Called the front desk, and was unable to get through to anyone at all after repeated calls. That being said, the room itself was clean and well appointed and all staff that we did interact with were friendly and helpful. Not a terrible experiene but for pretty premium prices it was a bit of a disappointment. FYI - soft beds."
