"Property was nice with great beach location and close to downtown Key West. BUT they screw you with hidden charges. They 67+ per day resort fee was at least disclosed. But we had 2 100 per day (before tax) “beach” charges that were not disclosed and nobody ever mentioned to us. That is ridiculous highway robbery on top of the very pricey room charges so we won’t be going back there!"

"The room size was great, full kitchen and 1.5 baths. Needs updating though...damaged tiles, squeaky doors and dishwasher door. Very difficult to reach the front desk by phone but staff was friendly when they answered. Restaurant service and food was great! I asked for a room with a nice view, it was our 10th anniversary...we were overlooking the roof of the restrooms near the Chicken Walk... disappointing but we got the 3rd floor which was nice."

"I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable, which made settling in easy. The staff was consistently warm and welcoming—Emily, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the outdoor pool was impressively well maintained. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily return."
