"The room was nothing like the description or photos. The pool was empty, we didnt have sheets, just bed covers, we didnt have a hanger for wet clothes, the shower was broken and one of the beds wasn't actually a real bed so we didn't rest well. The windows were actually glass door so you had to sleep with a/c and shade was insufficient. The administrator was nice and we did receive a partial refund but still it was really disappointing and uncomfortable and we didn't have anyone come welcome us...

"Locating the apartment was difficult. The beds, pillows and couches were uncomfortable. Had to purchase my own toilet paper and other supplies. Owner was nice and the view was pretty. "
