Toen we aankwamen, was er niemand aanwezig. Na 2x bellen kwam er iemand aan die ons mee nam naar een ander b&b iets verderop in de straat. Daar moesten we overnachten. Was netjes en schoon. Ontbijt volgende ochtend was weer bij Art Relais. Het bleek dat er wel mensen sliepen in het b&b. Ontbijt was prima. Overboeking ??

Era una habitación de la última planta y hacía un calor insoportable cuando llegamos y toda la noche, tenía un equipo de aire acondicionado pero no enfriaba. El resto todo bien, el trato muy agradable y el desayuno también bien. Es una pena que no solucionen el problema del aire acondicionado porque el resto nos pareció todo bien. Buen aubicación para visitar Lucca.

eigentlich ein hübsches Hotel in Stadtnähe

leider sind die Zimmer (zumindest unseres) ziemlich runtergekommen - es wäre nicht viel Aufwand notwendig um das Hotel auf einen akzeptablen Zustand zu bringen :-(

Perfekt beliggehed

Indtjekning lidt besværlig, da man skal ringe til ejeren. "Kommer om 5 min" blev til en times tid - tog ikke telefonen de første 5 opringninger.... Morgenmad foregår på en café i nærheden hvor vi selv fandt ud af at der var ferielukket, hvorefter der blev arrangeret en meget spartansk morgenmad på stedet. Køleskab var der ikke men fin balkon og have.

arrivati alle 14 non c'era nessuno la chiave della camera era sulla buchetta della posta. stanza in ordine e pulita. peccato vhe la successiva pulizia veniva fatta 3 giorni dopo . compreso il bagno che essendo senza finestra potete immaginare l'odore. il cell in efettuato il giorno successivo alle 10.40 il personale è arrivato a quell'ora.noi prima abbiamo fatto varie telefonate ai 2 numeri esposti sulla targa esterna compreso un cell. che è stato spento fino alle 10.30 . aria condizionata a tempo.ci hanno detto che andava solo dalle 18 alle 6 del mattino essendo in gita di piacere e rientrando tardi 3/4 la mattina stavamo a dormire ma più delle 10 non era possibile x il caldo il barbecue un po nasciamo li usato s non pulito e la jacuzii piena di aghi di pino. all mia domanda la jacuzu e piena di aghi di pino mi è stato detto che potevo usare il retino a disposizione. mi fa un po strano tutte queste discrepanze xme il gestore non gli interessa più del posto. comunque non lo consiglieri a nessuno

Looked good online, but not close up

The site said that it was three star. It was really a one star. You could tell that the building was once really nice place to stay. But the owners have not kept up the building. Poor paint, cracking walls, and the floors badly need refinishing. The room had dated decor, and there was a strange sliding door to the bathroom, which did not totally cover the doorway. The entire room was poorly cleaned, with gum under one of the lamp shades, hairs in the bathroom and on the plate, and the plastic (yes, plastic!) mugs had lipstick residue from the last user. The receptionist was very helpful with check in, and some advise on what to go to in the town, but was not in the building at check in. The A/C did not work, and was not fixed in the time we were there. It has so much potential, and all of the pieces are there, but there needs to be a lot more detail in the cleaning, upgrading, and decor. The room did have a small fridge, which did make it easy to keep food. I would not stay here again until I thought that the problems were rectified.

Inte en skymt av hotelledningen

Hotellet rätt OK, men hotelledningen helt osynlig under de 4 dagar jag var där. Fick betala direkt när jag kom och sedan såg jag inte till dem mer. När jag gick vilse på vägen hem ensam från stan första kvällen ( p g a fel beskrivning på deras karta om var hotellet låg) försökte jag ringa flera gånger men fick ej svar. Frukost fick man själv gå och ta på ett café en bit från hotellet.Allt detta - plus att badrummet var i behov av diverse mindre reparationer - gav en känsla av att man kanske snart tänkte sluta med hotellverksamheten.

Leider waren wir insgesamt enttäuscht. Ich habe in diesem Hotel schon mehrmals übernachtet, aber ich musste feststellen dass dieses Hotel sehr nachgelassen hat. Es wird nicht renoviert, unsaubere Stellen, kaputte, marode Gartenstühle haben wir diesmal vorgefunden. Zusammengesuchte, dünne Handtücher, die muffelig riechen und man hat das Gefühl dass sie nicht sauber sind. Die Rezeption ist nur ab und zu besetzt. Was auch zu bemängeln ist, dass die Kosten für die Zimmer schon 2 Tage nach der Buchung am 26.05.2015 abgebucht worden sind, aber die Zimmer haben wir von 15.06. bis 19.06. bewohnt. Eine stornierte Buchung hat man uns auch berechnet, also gleichzeitig zwei Abbuchungen.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una sola notte e menomale!! Bagno sporco, camera sporca... Non scendo nei dettagli che è meglio... L unico aspetto positivo la gentilezza della signora Eva della reception.

buon posto per dormire, vicino al centro, siamo andati a piedi. Camera pulita, dotata di tv, bagno splendido, pulito. Molto gentile la persona che ci ha atteso alla struttura, disponibile. L'unica nota ma lieve , forse la stanza era un po' fredda, andava acceso prima il riscaldamento. Ma un neo ad una struttura che consiglierei.

Dachkammer - mehr nicht

Wir sind um ca. 18,00 Uhr angereist. Vor Ort war keiner. Den Schlüssel haben wir durch Zufall auf dem Briefkasten gefunden. Unser " Zimmer " besser gesagt unsere Dachkammer war echt toll. Bin wenigstens 3 x gegen die in der Dachkammer quer verlaufenden Dachbalken gelaufen. Verlaufen teilweise so um die 1,65 m durch die Kammer. Rings herum nur Wände kein Fenster, nur im Dach eine Luke die sich so ca. 10 cm öffnen ließ. Eine tolle Sauna bei 30 Grad Aussentemperatur. Das Bad extrem gut für Lilliputaner. In der Dusche ist eine Bewegung nicht möglich, also muß mann hoffen das dass Duschbad auch nach unten zu den Füssen läuft. Wenn ich daran denke was für herrliche Zimmer wir davor hatten und das für den selben Preis. Absolut nicht zu entfehlen !!!!

Proche de la ville mais difficile de se garer

Hôtel bien situé, propre mais vieillot. Personnel accueillant. La salle du petit-déjeuner est petite il faut parfois faire la queue. Difficile de trouver un parking quand on ne connaît pas le quartier.

10 days in Lucca

a few problems with he room/no bathroom light &they were unable to fix it/toilet seat would not stay up/staff friendly & obliging/owner not friendly/full payment had been taken from my credit card before my arrival/I was going to pay cash/as a result 15euros were added to my card statement/poor arrangements for checking in/no reply when I telephoned/convenient for city /could be a much better b&b/ unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems/no lift/steep stairs

Falta de limpieza en general

El hotel está situado cerca de la entrada del casco antiguo, en una casa con muchas posibilidades y un bonito jardín pero haría falta que reformasen los baños y el suelo y la limpieza fuese mejor. El desayuno se puede mejorar también. Para lo que ofrecen me parece caro.

Останавливались на одну ночь, по дороге на остров Эльба. По приезду в отель, нас определили в номер, который находился по другому адресу. Он находился в чисто итальянском старинном доме, с террасой и внутренним двориком с бассейном. У нас был целый этаж. Помещение оборудовано под старину в стиле Art. Находится в шаговой доступности от исторического центра (10-15 мин.). Собственной парковки не было, запарковались у соседнего дома. Впечатления только положительное. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Рекомендуем.
