The accommodation is perfect for families, groups of friends or couples looking for comfort, relaxation and privacy: fenced garden with an in-ground pool, free private parking (3 spaces) and an effective self check-in procedure.



Bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: double bed and wardrobe.



Bedroom 2: two single beds, wardrobe, dresser with mirror, two large windows with views.



Bedroom 3: three single beds, ideal for children.



All rooms are equipped with bed linen.



Living Room: Large living room with dining table, a beautiful antique bookcase and French window with access to the panoramic balcony, perfect for breakfast outdoors.



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils. Dishes and pots are also present.



Bathroom: Bathroom with large shower, sink with mirror, bidet and towel set included for each guest.



Outdoor spaces: Fully fenced garden, perfect for families with children or pets. Private swimming pool (depth 1.30 m), wooden gazebo with outdoor dining table, masonry barbecue and possibility of indoor parking for up to 3 cars. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a swim.



You will have access to the entire property, for your exclusive use only.
