Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear that the overall experience has been positive.We bake croissants daily and we offer empty ones and with cream. Maybe the sign was misplaced and you took the empty one. Sorry for that. We have the coffee machine to make it faster but if you wanted a traditional coffee at the bar we would have prepared it.Concerning cheese and cold cuts, we cut them daily too. Hope you will consider staying at Villa Cheli again in the future. Kind regards

We just would like to highlight a few points: There were difficulties in finding staff this year but whoever was present did everything possible to cover all roles and duties. There are usually at least two staff members during breakfast hours to clear tables and replace food when needed. Concerning the style, the villa's public areas as well as the rooms have their own old-fashioned style. Most of the guests appreciate it as it is. We are sorry that the neighbor's dogs have disturbed you. We hope you'll be back in the future. Warmest greetings
