A 40-square-meter detached house entirely on the ground floor (not suitable for people with disabilities).



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, small TV, ceiling fan, and bathroom;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed (two single beds, one of which is pull-out), TV, table with chairs, and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower (including a child seat), bidet, and toilet;

- GARDEN furnished with table and chairs, barbecue.
