"had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, and being a new hotel makes everything feel modern and well maintained. The room was super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The food was good (7/10), and the drinks were excellent (10/10). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as the room was cleaned only once during my 4-day stay. More consistent daily service would have made the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back. "

"I was very happy with my choice to stay at Arlo Wynwood. The customer service was absolutely exceptional, the staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The rooftop pool is a huge highlight, and having 15% off food and drinks at the restaurant and bar was super convenient and much appreciated. The location is perfect if you want to keep costs down while staying in a cool area. It’s an easy, reasonable Lyft ride to Brickell, South Beach, and Little Havana (usually around $15–$20 each way) My only heads-up is that the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, and the beds weren't the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, though they certainly weren't the worst. Because the hotel is so new, everything felt incredibly clean and well-kept. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back! "

It had a fresh, contemporary feel without trying too hard, and everything was laid out thoughtfully. For a downtown hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and roomy it felt. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Check in was smooth and interactions throughout our stay were positive. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was perfect for getting out in the morning for a walk and exploring downtown Miami. We loved being able to step outside and immediately experience the city before making our way to the cruise port. Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable, and well located place to stay, and we would happily return."
