The reason for 3* is that the water pressure in the shower was inadequate. The temperature also varied between scalding hot to icy cold on a whim, perhaps triggered by the use of showers at same time in other apartments. We had to buy additional shower gel and soap because we only got 2 small sample bottles. Furthermore we couldn't adjust the room temperature. A nice welcoming gesture was the complimentary champagne bottle. The location of the apartment is ideal and in walking distance to everything; good restaurants, shopping and the lake. If aforementioned problems are addressed, I'd return.
