"Clean and tidy room. Hotel is a bit in the middle of no where so you will have to drive or get transport if you want to go into Bournemouth town or to the beach."
Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa

"Stayed in the superior family room. Whilst the main double bed was very comfortable. The 2 small single pull out beds her diabolical. Both children don’t sleep at all so all has to try and sleep in the main bed. Which was very tricky. The room was drab and outdated. The shampoo/shower gel bottles are very difficult to use. The toilet didn’t flush very well. No TV channels. You had to sign into the apps using your own details. So remember to sign out again when you leave. The pool was much smaller than on the photos. The pool was very nice and warm tho. The outside veranda was lovely. The music playing was very sad and emotional. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. But nice. Breakfast was lovely. Loved the pancake machine. There are lots of people using the Spa facilities so playing in the pool can be awkward at times. Overall. It’s an okay stay. I would stay again. But in a better room"

"Superb size of room with beautiful view of the harbour at Poole. Very good buffet breakfast and some excellent culinary delights for dinner in the hotel’s Italian restaurant. Parking was easy."

"We had a lovely stay, the staff were very helpful and super friendly they responded to all queries very politely. Our room was very clean except a couple of peanuts in shells on the carpet. The hotel is a a bit dated but it does add to the character. Breakfast was reasonable, there was a good variety of options on the menu but the portion was a bit on the small side. I would say the hotel offers good value for money"

"A short overnight stay. Welcome was as expected. Car park was full so we had to pay to park on the road which was annoying. Room was clean and well equipped. Shower did not drain properly so you had to wash quickly! Some aspects of the repairs/maintenance were tired and not what you would expect from a 4* stay - but perhaps standards are lower these days?!"

"Lovely hotel/restaurant with plenty of outside & inside seating and good food. Staff were very helpful and polite. We stayed for 1 night, the room was comfortable, good feature was a mini fridge which had a bottle of milk for the tea/coffee, Not the usual capsules which are never enough. A large fan was also provided that was quiet enough to leave on overnight."
