The Wylie Inn and Conference Center at Endicott College
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect place to stay that’s just a few minutes from Salem and the coast. My husband and I loved their private beach! My only complaint is that the sheets were itchy like they used too much starch. Aside from the sheets I would absolutely recommend this place for others to stay!"
"Beautiful, well-kept historic hotel. Feels like you’re stepping back in time. Excellent location with parking included. Dog-friendly AND clean. Got an early table for breakfast. Only one server who was also hosting and busing, so service was understandably a bit slow. Food was pretty good, but portions seemed inconsistent. (Mine was pretty substantial, but others were small in comparison.) Poached eggs were perfection! Free coffee and lemonade in the lobby were fresh and delicious."
"The Cabot Lodge is a quaint, adorable, wonderful place to stay! The room itself is tiny but the bathroom is spacious. The room has everything you need, including a sound machine! There are complimentary snacks and coffee, and the bed is very comfortable. The town itself is historic and has some very cool shops. Would absolutely stay here again!"
"What a house! We loved our stay in this 1686 historic home. It is well maintained, clean, close to beaches and walking distance to downtown. The house has amazing antique furniture that adds to the charming feel of the home and can only be appreciated by up close inspection. Every room is warmly decorated with beautiful period pieces. It was perfect for us as we had three adults and three children ranging in ages from 3-15 years old. "
Quaint Beverly Townhome: Walk to Beach & Downtown!
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed for four days while at a dance camp at Endicott College. The apartment was lovely, clean, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The apartment is just a five minute drive from Endicott College, which made it incredibly convenient. I’d love to go back sometime when I’m not as busy because the house is also a 1 minute walk from the beach in a lovely area! If I go back, I will definitely spend more time walking along the coast and enjoying the neighborhood!"
