    Rookery Cottage consists of a kitchen with AGA, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining room seating four guests and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a balcony and a double serviced with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is a garden with gravel and furniture, decked area with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1, a pub, 0.7 miles a river and within 1 mile a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved dog welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Unwind with sea views at Rookery Cottage. Note: The lane to this property is unmade and steep. Note: Unsuitable for low profile vehicles. Note: There is a CCTV camera on the driveway. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond £250. Note: Cottage has a smart TV so guests can sign in to Netflix, Amazon, BBC etc with their own login details. Note: Minimum stay is 4 nights. There are plenty of outdoor pursuits including horse riding, golf, walking, surfing and fly fishing on the beautiful Lyn river. Exmoor National Park is home to some of the darkest skies in the country so it's a great place to gaze at the stars. Lynton has a fabulous range of shops, pubs and cafes where you can wander between the picturesque cottages and meet the friendly locals. There are a number of attractions for the family including Exmoor Zoo, Lynmouth’s water-powered cliff railway, and the Owl and Hawk Centre. Experience one of England’s last remaining tranquil areas - there is something for everyone during a stay at Lynton and Lynmouth.
