Accueil chaleureux Chambre spacieuse Lit douillet, sauf l’oreiller Par contre, fraîcheur dans la chambre et difficulté à ajuster la température. Quelques endroits défraîchis : Plusieurs trous dans le mur et pôle de douche presque tout arrachée. Déjeuner très bien !

A group of guys here for the rugby. Good check in and out. Breakfast nice and varied. A bar would have been nice. A good stay. Would certainly consider again. Good value for money.

The positives, we stayed during the RugbyWorld Cup so everywhere was busy. The staff at reception were brilliant and very helpful. The room was on the yellow floor and was clean and quiet. The shower had good pressure and was always hot. Although outside the city centre, it is really easy to get about with the T2 and T4 within in a 5 minute walk. The area felt safe to walk about even late at night. The improvements (minor), the pillows were incredibly flat and not comfortable to sleep on. A shelf in the shower would be useful to put things on. Reception is bright and modern but certainly on floor 2, the first impression out the lift wasn’t the best. The red carpet is old and stained and with the black walls it looks tired and dated.

Not good. Terrible location in a sketchy neighborhood. Very dirty. The carpet was just disgusting. Lack of hand towel and shower matt. No shelve in the shower. Very Small bottle of shower gel for two. Dirty walls and just wired. A lot of unnecessary shelves in the room. A very small TV looks like a computer desktop. No English channels. Very confusing signage in the parking lot.

Everything was so horrible, The took my credit card and wrote my card number also the check in was took 20 mins ….. the lift was not working I have to take my stuff and luggage to 4 floor … more importantly the room not even have a bottle of water and the room has lot of hair which was former guest left …

A rustic, charming 200 year old farmhouse. I had a lovely stay- the host was delightful and very kind. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with homemade breads, jams and locally made cheese. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Good location and easy parking. The "spa" is a jacuzzi with luke warm water and a steam room. Hallways are too dark all all room lights go out immediately when taking key out, doesnt feel safe

Absolutely top-notch customer service. Fabulous communication and great assistance when I arrived. Very friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was lovely. It is an easy 5 minute walk from the tram. The location is a little blah, not the mostbsecenic area or a tourist hot-spot, to be sure, but I felt totally safe walking my dog late in the evening. The price was great for how nice the room was, and I'd stay there again, for sure.

One night in Lyon
I stayed one night to go and see a Europa League football match at Lyon Groupama Stadium. A decent hotel room with a small kitchen (which I didn't use). It's fairly basic but it was fine for one night's stay, perfectly adequate. It was clean and tidy. The shower in my room was cheap and falling apart, but it just about worked ok, aside from that, the room was fine. The location was fairly near the Part Dieu train station (15 mins on the tram) which we were traveling from, so it was convenient.

A few days in Lyon
I was happy with my stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms are quite small so keep this in mind when booking and I would also recommend asking for a room not facing the busy street. My room was facing the street and with the window open tended to be on the noisy side, but the with the windows closed any noise was not a problem. Overall was a comfortable stay and would stay here again if back in Lyon.

Although they did call me, supposedly they didn’t have staff at the front desk to check me in after 7pm. Luckily one staff member was there to provide me keys but then she left. Crazy, right? There was no one there to check us out until 7 am but we had to leave earliest than that to catch our 7 am train.

Nice room for a solo traveler
The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. The location is a a little far from the city center and pubic transportation is a bit limited, but there are trams that run in front of the building and the electric scooters help to mitigate.

I liked the ease of transportation into the city center. The grocery store was very close as well. The front desk staff spoke fluently in different languages which was very helpful. For some reason I had to sign in to the internet every day and it was sometimes difficult to get the login page to come up.

The garage is very small, although front desk receptionist confirmed that it is big. I scratched a door of rented car. When I went back to see her with pictures of the damage, the answer was: I do not know what to say. Very disappointed on my last day of vacation.
