"The staff at Masseria Le Lamie are fantastic. They genuinely want you to have a great holiday and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The pool and lounge area is very relaxing and has olive trees to provide natural shade. The rooms are spotless and the bed is really comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant is also a lovely experience. You do need a car because Masseria Le Lamie is not within walking distance to the nearest town."

"Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Fab pool area, and recommend a massage and swim in the warm spa pool. Dinner was delicious and very good value, so much food! Breakfast definitely worth it, so many options including fruit from the estate. Very much hope to return one day…"

"Very large house in an isolated location. Closest supermarket is 15 mins away. Pool is amazing. House is beautiful. There is AC in three of the bedrooms (the standalone house and two back suites). One of the bedrooms has opening in ceiling to living room so not super private. There is everything you need to cook. Basic condiments, oil, pots pans etc. The house maintenance is ok but not brilliant. We had issues with shower heads, one parasol was broken, and other small areas. The host was very responsive and communicative. She came to help out on the problem areas.at same time she also had unreasonable expectations at times.First, it was unclear how to dispose of garbage. There is no way to dispose of organic garbage according to instructions. Was frustrating and unclear and we had to ask her to come pick it up and ultimately throw it out in the dry garbage area bc no organic garbage disposal available. Second, cleaning expectations were excessive. There is a simple outdoor gas grill. Very basic. We were expected to clean it fully with a degreaser. We were not allowed to leave any food in fridge and had to dispose of everything ourselves. And again no place to throw out organic. Third, there was a bit of nickel and diming on towels. Overall it was a good stay and I would really recommend to very large groups."

"Stunning setting with a fantastic pool area, staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent and although they didn’t state on their menus that there are kids options, as they are published that evening when the chef has completed it, they do. The kids both had chicken schnitzel and chips, but could have had pasta also among other options. Breakfast typically Italian, cakes, pastries and fruits but also a range of cereals including muesli and bacon and egg. Room was spacious and cool, we were there in 32 degrees, but we were extremely comfortable."
