"The room was clean and spacious, bathroom was clean and again it was a good size. Very central location and the sign outside the alleyway was very helpful."

Our three day stay at Lough Inagh Lodge hotel lived up to its score of 10 out of 10. The hotel is the essence of comfort and old world charm. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the service is 5 star. Super location right in the heart of Connemara.

I rarely write a review of a hotel, but I feel compelled to review Ryan Hotel because it was such a pleasant stay. The food at the adjoining bar, the Crow's Nest, was great and the BusEireann stops in front of the pub. The breakfast was good, the king size bed was the most comfortable on our trip and the room was very pleasant. The best thing was the staff who went to great lengths to help us, including asking a guest who was being picked up by a friend and driving to Galway to give us a ride. The Lodge at Ashford Castle was honestly one of the best stays we've ever had in Ireland - the service and staff were out of this world! Everyone was so attentive and welcoming (even with our pup - so hard finding dog-friendly hotels in Ireland, let alone one that rolls out the red carpet!). Gorgeous location with lots of great walks. Breakfast was delicious and super hearty for a day of adventuring. And loved all the activities offered at the castle. We hope to come back some day!

We had an excellent stay at the Connemara Coast Hotel. I could not fault them on anything. They handled all of the restrictions really well and every single member of staff was friendly and accommodating. Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough and have been telling everyone about it since we left.

Staying at this hotel was an excellent customer experience. The staff were very attentive and the free champagne certainly helped. It was a special occasion for us and we were upgraded without asking. The gas fire in the room added that extra feeling of comfort. Brian took photos at the dinner tables and presented us with a take-away photo memory. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

10/10 super central and cosy guesthouse in Clifden.
Super location, clean rooms, fast wifi and the Nespresso machines in the room were a welcome surprise.
The kitchen and entrance are getting a refurb but its a minor quibble, it looks exciting . The wine bar will open in July but the space is free to use for guests and is a really cool, chill space.
Really friendly local owner who gave us some local tips on the hidden gems of Connemara .
