The hotel staff was very accommodating and the restaurant was great. We booked a larger room with a living area and bar and it was great. Rooms were clean and the area was quiet during the evening hours. O'Grady's for dinner next to the water was great. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was great as well as the staff. Great overall exprience at The Twelve Hotel."

"I stayed at the property for two nights. The bed was about right for a single person in the room was quite small but impeccably clean as I understand. It’s very new. I tried to book again for the weekend, but the price was extremely high and I decided to go elsewhere. I found it fascinating that it was a digital check-in, but it was fast and efficient. Please note if you’re carrying luggage, you have to carry that upstairs if you’re older and your luggage is heavy that might be a consideration for you. Please note you also park on the street which was a little difficult during dinner time. I temporarily parked behind the Tesco. Overall, I would stay again during the week as the price was reasonable for the area."
