"Had a wonderful stay at the Connemara coast hotel to celebrate our anniversary. Room was lovely and staff all friendly. We booked a table for dinner in the restaurant and it did not disappoint! Restaurant staff were absolutely fabulous! So helpful, kind and polite! Restaurant manager very friendly and kind and our server (I think his name was Evan) was just the best! Service was exceptional! Couldn’t fault anything! Literally our only complaint is that you can’t leave a tip when paying via card and we never carry cash anymore so we were disappointed that we couldn’t tip for the exceptional service! But a huge thank you to our server who made our anniversary meal so wonderful and memorable! "

"Beautiful cottage. Everything was wonderful. Very clean. Central location to access the area. Short driving distance to Galway and Connemara. It was the walking distance to Oughterard was fabulous. Cute stores, restaurants and groceries if needed. Christa welcomed us in and she was a wonderful host. The scones were the extra bonus. "

Mike had plenty of information for things to do around the area, and actually sent it to us ahead of time so we could plan out what we wanted to do. "What a home… the view, the space, the location are all stunning. John made the check in incredibly simple and was kind enough to drop by the next day to welcome us. If you’re looking for (somewhat) remote tranquility on a stunning Irish peninsula, stop scrolling. For the very reasonable price John charges, you won’t find better. I promise you! Clean, spacious, well equipped and PLENTY to do within a short drive, you have it all in this lovely home and area."
