Loved this property. The breakfast and staff were wonderful. They accommodated mom with a main level room. The beds were comfortable. We could eat outside in the garden. They do need to change the window in the bathroom. It wouldn’t close or open and there was mold in the bathroom. The tub was very slippery and needed a grab handle.

Property is good, with quiet terrace in the back. Proximity to everything is amazing. Room was quite nice, and generally clean. Unfortunately, cleanliness of the bathrooms is lot to be desired for. Also, it was difficult to get hold of the managing person, either to leave a message or ask something. They also put my luggage out of my room in the hallway as the checkout time passed. Someone I know shared that they assigned their room to another person and allowed entry in their room. Big security and privacy issue.

The hotel 'has seen better days '. At breakfast time on September 26 no staff/breakfast was available even 10 minutes after the scheduled time of 08:00.The check in procedure is online and rather complicated.

The room had nice upper end perks like high end toiletries but lacked in other ways, namely: the wooden floor did not look clean, the sloped ceiling leaked when it rained, the soap dispenser didn’t fully function and the aircon made a loud and disruptive pumping noise every few minutes when in use. I also did not enjoy the iPad-only, people-free check in, which led to feelings of a cold welcome to Maastricht.

It was not clear that there would be no one to help with check-in. We were under the impression there would be someone on site until 4:00 pm but when we arrived at 3:30 pm there was no one. Another couple came and rang the bell. It was not clear that there was a bell to ring. When we got inside it was necessary to call for help with checking in. Fortunately I had a cell phone that had a plan for Europe but it is not generally expected that this is necessary to check in—especially since I had checked in on line. The first E-mail I received for the electronic keys was from our stay at the hotel in Nov 2022 and it was fortunate that we were still talking by phone because the second E-mail worked. After that everything worked smoothly and it was a great place to stay. Would definitely come back because irbid a lovely hotel in a great location but check in needs to be a smoother process.

De locatie van dit hotel is perfect. Nog geen minuut van het Vrijthof en alles op loopafstand. Boutique hotel zoals het hoort. Unieke lokatie in een prachtig oud pand. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, schone en ruime kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt waar je op verzoek een vers bereid eitje krijgt.

Slecht en vies

Dit is geen 3,5/4 sterren. Her was vies, schimmel en ranzig. Alles gaat digitaal er is geen receptie dus je kan niemand aanspreken. Bij ontbijt deed afzuigkap het niet dus alles stonk naar gebakken spek en brood en croissants waren een dag oud (terwijl er een AH op loop afstand was)

Geen personeel gezien, inchecken ging niet eenvoudig. Ik heb 3x moeten bellen voor ik in mijn kamer kon komen. De locatie was top, midden in het centrum. Op eerste gezien een leuke kamer maar de staat was erbarmelijk. Overal schimmel, slecht onderhouden. Absoluut geen 4sterren boutique hotel , eerder een 2 sterren. Zou dit hotel niet aanraden.

Er was veel schimmel in de badkamer, lamp die van de muur afhangt zonder ledlamp er in en ook veel vlekken en vegen op de muur. Ik zou daarom ook graag een klacht willen indienen (kamer 23)

Het check-in system is een ramp. het werkt niet, geeft verkeerde codes, geen QR. de email met check gegevens werkte niet. Ik kon geen nieuwe code aanvragen. heb twee keer moeten bellen voor assistentie om het hotel en mijn kamer in te kunnen. De e-key werkte maar een keer. Dus de tweede keer dat we het hotel in wilde, deed de sleutel het niet. Weer moeten bellen en wachten op een nieuwe sleutel. volgende morgen werkte het uitscheck systeem niet. We mochten weg zonder uit te checken, dat zou iemand van het hotel doen. Is dat gebeurd? Daarnaast, mijn maan was verkeerd, de kamer te warm en te lawaaierig. Een drama. Uitzonderlijk slechte services. Ga er niet naar toe, genoeg andere hotels die normale check in en uit hebben.

Voor de kamer met een vuile vloer en bescheiden faciliteiten hebben wij wel de hoofdprijs moeten betalen. De ligging is goed in het centrum, maar dat jan geen excuus zijn voor de veel te hoge prijs. Parkeergelegenheid is er niet of ook kostbaar.

Perfekt för oss!

Läget är centralt, med en superfin innergård. Ingen reception, men incheckning digital med nyckel till både port och rum via telefonen. Bra frukost och supertrevlig personal. Ingen hiss, så har du svårt att gå i trappor, boka rum på första våning! Bara + från oss!
