"This property was a welcome respite from busy travel and provided us with a wonderful last night in Italy. We were offered a private pick up at the airport which we used to and from the property for 20 euros each way. The hotel is located 11 minutes from the Rome Airport away from the hustle of the city and very close to the beach. The hardworking staff are absolutely wonderful and the rooms are very very clean and well appointed. The well kept courtyard is a calming place to enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast/dinner. There is of course the sound of the airplanes overhead throughout the day and night but we not bothered given the many other benefits. There is a lovely breakfast and the restaurant is there for a few hours in the evening. There are also beach restaurants in the area offering wonderful views. A is large grocery market/store nearby walking for about 10 minutes. The beach itself is clean and huge and very empty low season but appeared to be gearing up for the busy summer months. Sunsets are beautiful here. Our room had a small kitchen that we did not require but would be nice for a stay by the beach for a longer time. I highly recommend this small hotel for a nice stay before or after your long voyage to Italy. A good place to relax and prepare for what is ahead one way or the other. The price is reasonable as it included breakfast and the quality of the stay. The staff is highly attentive and informative. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!"

"This hotel was at the end of a street with great restaurants and a great view. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean in most areas. Our room had a lot of markings on the walls from scuffs but that didnt affect our stay. Shower was fantastic in the room. Pool was freezing but it was May. Breakfast was great, had a lot of options."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Area is pretty and quiet. It was a bit far from the airport. Cost us over $100 for taxi to come and going from and to the airport. It is quiet residential place with access to beach close by. There are a few restaurants nearby although not many and opens at 8PM for dinner. Free breakfast was good."

"Tout d'abord, je tiens à saluer la gentillesse, la bonne éducation, la bonne communication et le bon service de Vittorio. Quand nous sommes arrivés, Vittorio était là comme prévu, la maison ainsi que le jardin et la piscine étaient parfaitement propre et équipés. Vittorio nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires concernant la maison mais aussi les environs. Les quelques fois où nous devions faire appel à lui, il suffisait d'envoyer un message par Whatsapp et dans les 10 minutes il répondait.Tout était conforme à nos attentes !Encore merci à Vittorio !"

"Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The hostess was so kind. She met us when we arrived to show us around; she gave recommendations on local restaurants; and she arranged our transportation to the airport. We stayed for two nights to end a long, busy vacation touring Europe. It was the perfect way to end our trip. We were able to relax and walk and enjoy the local small eateries.Many thanks to the hostess!"
