"We stayed for one night and had a very positive experience. For an airport hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The room was satisfactory, quiet, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. One of the best features was the dining; they serve hot meals until 10:30 PM, which was perfect for our late arrival. While you can find 'gourmet' food in the heart of Rome, the dinner and service here were surprisingly good for an airport location. To top it off, the checkout process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced—we simply dropped our cards and hopped onto the shuttle, which was prompt and efficient. If you understand you are at an airport and keep your expectations realistic, you’ll have a great stay."

"The staff was amazing, especially Andrea. We arrived at the hotel pretty late, after a long day of traveling, I was in a pretty bad mood from a terrible flight and lack of sleep. But when we walked in door and Andrea greeted us with a warm smile, it felt like coming home, and instantly improved my mood. She did everything she could do ensure we were happy. If anyone from the Best Western Corporate Office reads this review, I hope you know you have a real winner in Andrea."

"The woman at the front desk who checked me in was extremely friendly and accommodating. The stay was short but very comfortable!"

"Staff at reception was great. Room and lobby are clean and crispy. I would suggest replacing pillows ( too thick) and blankets ( too old) Location also great, near restaurants."
