Hotel is nothing to look at from the outside, lots of maintenance work going on inside, car park difficult to find and not many spaces. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was nice, it was a new refurbished one. Bed and sofa bed comfy, WiFi was hit and miss. We had a problem with a leak ...

The hotel was lovely and clean. We had lunch and breakfast and the food was lovely. All of the staff were friendly and helpful so nice to stay somewhere where everyone’s smiling. Would definitely stay again if we visit Wolverhampton again. Thank you
