My stay at Hilton Cambridge was lovely, I've stayed at Hilton hotel many times. The staff were helpful, friendly, the room was nice and spacious. Great location in central Cambridge.

The thermostat in the room was not quite functional. It became hot and then cold.
The maid service one day missed replenishing a number of things, but they brought the supplies when we called and gave us some chocolates.
We forgot about things in the safe, and they called us and arranged to send back the items. This part was very good.

Some dust and cobwebs in the side of the bedside table, under radiator and wardrobe shelves. which the staff should be mindful of. However, the room itself was perfect for us and very comfortable.
