Good location but…
There was construction going on at other units above and below ours as well as in the rest of the building -most of units are being renovated-. Therefore the building entrance lobby was dirty, dusty and in construction. Out of the 2 elevators only one was available to use by residents. The whole building is under construction means noise and dust. That wasn’t notified in advance. The communication with Gabo from Activos Inteligentes -the property management company- was difficult. Since it was by WhatsApp I expected it to be fluid and easy but it was not. Even the checkin was complicated. He gave us the address just an hour before check in and the property keys hand out was also difficult to schedule with them. Halfway our stay he even charged my credit card for a cleaning service that I never authorized.The unit is recently renovated, with new kitchen appliances and in general good conditions. However you can tell they didn’t pay attention to the quality of the installation of the wood floors. The furniture is ok and in good conditions but not new. The beds are not comfortable neither the pillows. The number and quality of the towels were below par. The kitchen is nice but lacked some basics like placemats and pitchers. There were no instructions on how to dispose of the garbage.Check out was easy since the asked me to leave the key inside the unit and close the door locked -sending them a picture of the key left on the dinning table-. Won’t repeat!!
