Nuestro aparamento familiar es amplio, luminoso y muy tranquilo sin ruidos exteriores donde podra descansar despues de un largo dia visitando la ciudad

El apartamento esta situado a dos minutos andando de la estacion de metro de Legazpi, proximo a la estacion de trenes de Atocha y con facil acceso desde las autovias de acceso a la ciudad. Hay varios supermercados a menos de 5 minutos andando y varios restaurantes y bares donde tomar algo o comer.

El garaje es privado y situado en los bajos del edificio y con acceso directo mediante ascensor

The Good: Good host communication, place was clean, building was safe, stores and restaurants near by, short walk to metro and bus station and parking spot. Has all you need for a short stay in winter/spring time. The Bad: Neighbors could be noisy at night, place is very outdated lacking modern amenities, I would not stay in summer because there is no A/C.

Eine gemütliche und saubere Wohnung. Eine gute Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung: Metro, Bus, Taxi – alles in der Nähe. Also ein recht guter Ort, um mit der Erkundung zu beginnen. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Nicht weit davon entfernt befindet sich das wirklich interessante Kulturzentrum MATADERO – sehr zu empfehlen. Und vor allem ein sehr freundlicher, kommunikativer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Danke Balta!

1 semaine parfaite ! Le propriétaire, Balta, nous a vraiment facilité la vie car très arrangeant pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Il nous a donné plusieurs adresses pour manger et c'était juste excellent ! L'appartement est parfait et parfaitement situé, à 3min du métro. Piso perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid. Bien ubicado, a dos pasos de la línea de metro que te deja en el centro y la línea circular. Junto a Madrid Río y Matadero. Barrio con vida pero tranquilo y con multitud de servicios. Limpieza impecable. Llegada y partida sin problemas, plaza de parking amplia... Durante nuestra estancia no tuvimos que contactar con el anfitrión porque todo estaba ok, pero estaba disponible para lo que necesitáramos. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

El departamento muy amplio y comodo. Muy bien equipado, con una cochera de facil acceso y comoda, en el mismo edificio. Con dos baños, lo que resulta optimo, para cuatro personas como viajamos nosotros. El barrio cuenta con todo tipo de negocios, mercados y casa de comidas. Caminando, a 40 minutos caminando del centro. a una cuadra de la parada de autobus y metro. Muy recomendable, sin dudas.

Balta was such a great host! The place was exactly as advertised with no issues. Balta was available if we ever needed him and was very accommodating. We stayed in his apartment as the COVID-19 pandemic was beginning to escalate in Spain and the implementation of the national lockdown. My family thanks him for allowing us to stay an extra day and being so accommodating to the situation as we were in the process of returning to the United States. Excellent apartment and location

This is a very comfortable and homey apartment with plenty of room for a couple or a family of four. When you step inside, first thing you notice is that it looks the way it’s represented on the Internet with nice furnishings and fabrics, excellent natural light, plenty of space (and a very comfortable Queen bed!) The entire apartment is well maintained and both bathrooms have been completely renovated to a high quality level. The balcony off the living room catches s few hours of afternoon sun and shade in the later afternoon. Below is a large open courtyard with no street noise. The large kitchen is well equipped and it is easy to enjoy making meals at home whenever you want to. Dia grocery, as well as some nice fruit and vegetable shops are just steps from the apartment entrance as well as several very good traditional Spanish restaurants. If you love to walk this location might be perfect for you. Nearby Matadero Madrid and the River Manzanares offer pleasant and seemingly endless walking and biking in a park like setting along the river nicely separated from city traffic. Legazpi metro station is just a few minutes walk from the apartment where are you can catch line 6 trains to easily make connections to many parts of the city including a single transfer to/from the airport Balta communicates excellently and he’s fluent in both Spanish and English. Every question I had was answered completely and clearly and his correspondence was always quick and professional and friendly. The apartment and the very walkable neighborhood along with a great owner make it easy to feel you have a comfortable Spanish home in Madrid.
