Temporary Rental Flat The life has its magical moment and magic is breathed in this beautiful apartment. We arrived in Madrid and in the most luxurious neighbourhood of the capital, where bankers, notaries, restaurants and businessmen established themselves throughout the 20th century.



Today history is written 10 minutes walking from any part of the beautiful and welcoming Madrid.



Españoleto (José Rivera) was a painter of international fame in the 17th century, raised in the light of Caravaggio and the Neapolitan school. Our house also breathes the Italian-Venezuelan spirit of its owners, which breathes talent and detail in every corner.



The location is unbeatable, for doing business, to enjoy the best museums in Madrid and the new and emblematic Santiago Bernabéu, home of the thousand times awarded Real Madrid.



The Owners are an international couple: Isabel from Colombia (Cali) and Daniele from Italy (Parma) who met in Australia (Sydney) and came to live in Spain (Madrid).



This is their first owned house and the one they call the reunion house (where they have finally lived together again after meeting and living for a while in Sydney during Covid).



In these recently renovated houses (with a very modern interior), friends have already come from all over the world (literally from all continents), and we hope that this vibe of multiculturality and travelling people continues in this house.



Leave in this house their small touch of love for good cooking and drink, for nature, for cinema and travel. They will be able to find some details of the parts of the world where they have lived before meeting each other.



We welcome you to a house located in an elegant and quiet neighbourhood, but with its party corners and many very well hidden and unexpected ones; an area very well connected with the whole city, close to the centre of Madrid and the ISAE university.

Engañoso, mentirosos e inconveniente

La propiedad no es lo que dice, ni lo que enseña las fotos… no crean nada en este anuncio. Si vosotros sois unos enanos podrán dormir en la habitación de visita que para accesar hay que subir unos bloques intercalados, nada seguros con una viga atravesada, que como te descuides te dejas la cabeza, el área donde está la cama de visita mide 1 metro y medio de piso a techo. La habitación principal es utilizable y el baño también. La cocina, no tengo idea, pues no me quedé ni una ni he en ese lugar. Otra cosa , El anuncio dice que tiene ascensor… jajaja si, claro en edificio de al lado no en este, en el de este piso, que por cierto para accesar lo Tienes que subir y bajar escalones, para llegar al patio interior, donde está el piso y es la vista del mismo, sin luz natural. Directa. Para mi que era el cuartillo de servicio y lo convirtieron en ese piso de alquiler vacacional.

Joli mais séjour un peu à l'étroit.

Appartement très bien décoré. Cuisine peu spacieuse, mais agencement astucieux vu la configuration de l'appartement. Manque de lumière naturelle, mais beaucoup de point d'eclairage artificiel. Appartement au rez de chaussée donnant sur une petite cour intérieure très sombre. Ne pas craindre d'entendre les voisins le soir. Organisation pour entrer dans l'appartement parfaite, mais la procédure de restitution des clés n'a pas été très claire pour nous (peut être que nous n'avions pas tout compris non plus...). Bon sejour malgré tout.
