As you step into the 41 square meters that Giorgio has to offer, you'll immediately feel at ease in its open and airy atmosphere. The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. The cottage-like wall paper and calming plant bouquet bring a beach house essence to the space. Giorgio boasts a well-appointed bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and all the necessary amenities.

The heart of Giorgio is its open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The living room is designed for both relaxation and productivity, featuring a full entertainment system and a dedicated workspace. Whether you prefer to unwind with your favorite movie or catch up on work, this versatile space caters to your needs. From the living room, step out onto the inviting terrace and soak up the outdoors. The terrace offers an outdoor dining table, creating a perfect setting for al fresco meals or enjoying your morning coffee while basking in the pleasant weather.

Giorgio features a fully furnished kitchen equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats four people, providing an ideal spot to savor your culinary creations or enjoy a shared meal with friends and family. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
