This charming apartment is located in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most iconic and bohemian neighborhoods, and is set within a beautiful residential palace. It’s the perfect place for families or friends who wish to spend some time right in the most central point of the city. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests.
The space features two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two “nest” type single beds, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The living area includes a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your usual meals: ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, and a complete selection of utensils and tableware. The modern bathroom has a shower and comes with complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and soap for your first days.
Madrid Palazzo is equipped with heating for the colder months and portable fans for the summer. We also provide bed linens, towels, and free Wi-Fi so you can feel at home from the very first moment.
Located in the emblematic Malasaña neighborhood, you’ll be surrounded by a wide variety of bars, cafés, boutique shops, and markets, allowing you to experience authentic Madrid life for a while. Thanks to its excellent public transport connections, you’ll be able to move easily around the entire city.
Enjoy flexible arrival with self check-in: with electronic lock access, you can enter the property independently. Please note that a smartphone with internet connection is required.

GETTING AROUND
You can walk to all points in the city center, but you also have several metro stations and bus stops nearby.
Metro Noviciado: Line 2, direct connection to Ópera station and other key city locations.
Metro Tribunal: Lines 1 and 10, two of the main lines running north-south across Madrid and connecting major train stations.
To get to the apartment:
From the airport: You can take a taxi for a fixed fare of €33 or come by metro:
Take Line 8 from the airport, transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 10 until Tribunal.
From Tribunal, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the apartment.
From Atocha Station: Take Line 1 to Tribunal, then walk a few minutes to the apartment.
From Chamartín Station: Take Line 1 to Tribunal, then walk a few minutes to the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking garages. Please check Madrid City Hall’s website for current environmental restrictions and permitted parking areas.

Cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please request in advance by contacting the host before arrival.
Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
No parties or similar events are allowed in the property.
A smartphone with internet connection is required to access the apartment.
Guests must sign a temporary rental contract. This contract respects the original conditions of your booking and must state the rental period, clarifying that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor its use as a permanent residence, as well as the tenant’s permanent address and the reason for the rental.
Please note that if your arrival date is the same day as your booking date, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.
