"Mi estadía en el Novotel fue una experiencia muy agradable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con fácil acceso al transporte público y a los principales lugares de interés de Madrid. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias, la habitación era cómoda y el personal fue siempre amable y profesional. Durante mi estancia tuve un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado de la habitación. Sin embargo, quiero destacar la rapidez y la atención con la que el equipo del hotel respondió al problema. Se preocuparon por encontrar una solución y en todo momento me hicieron sentir atendido y valorado como huésped. El desayuno fue muy bueno, con una gran variedad de opciones, y el ambiente del hotel fue tranquilo y agradable durante toda la estancia. A pesar del inconveniente con el aire acondicionado, la excelente atención al cliente hizo la diferencia. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel y lo recomendaría a quienes visiten Madrid."
