"Great location. Short walk to transportation, park and museums. Incredible balcony on 7th floor. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apples and water in the lobby was appreciated. Fantastic water pressure and abundant hot water in the shower. The only downside for us was the mattress was uncomfortably hard. Would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. "
