"Breakfast was good. Hot items were only lukewarm. Breakfast workers were not very friendly. Loved the location! Close to activity. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Clean room. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi was not reliable. "

"A great place to stay, right in the middle of Madrid. Easy to get to transport links, and within walkable distance to Retiro Park and other beautiful parts of the city. Quite noisy at night but thats expected due to its central location. Rooftop bar and pool is awesome, only for residents and guests so its never overcrowded. Reception and bar staff were always available and polite and patient with my attempts to speak Spanish!."
