"Great position near Atocha train station yet not noisy. The staff were especially welcoming and friendly. The downstairs lounge was colourful and comfortable with a hostel sort of vibe with free hot drinks, soft drinks and reasonably priced home made cakes. The breakfast was great too. Everything freshly prepared which isn’t the case everywhere. The only slight downside was that the basic room was small and we had to be resourceful to find a place for everything. Lovely stay though"

"The bathroom drying rack was not working; we informed the front desk, and the maintenance person promptly came to fix it but left his tools in the apartment, returning just before our check-out time to fix it. There were hairs all over the bathroom and living room, indicating that the rooms were not cleaned properly prior to our arrival."
