Perfect for our requirements. We flew in and out of Madrid with a one night stay at this property either side of a week in Alicante. Tres Cantos is easy to reach by train or taxi from Madrid and the nightly rates at this hotel are much lower. There is a nice park nearby, grocery stores and some low key restaurants. The hotel breakfast is very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Courteous staff, easy check-in. Paid parking but you can street park if you don't want to pay in the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside the gym was a storage room not a gym. Breakfast was delicious. Close to a nice park with playground for the kids and adults outdoor gym. 30 min drive from Madrid.

Great choice for Madrid
A fantastic, quiet hotel in a town north of Madrid. Only 10 minutes from the commuter train station, it’s extremely quiet, has large clean rooms and comes with a good breakfast buffet. I really can’t complain and recommend it to anyone looking for a good night’s sleep! I’ll

Great overnight stay
Anna, the night check-in staff was very nice and helped us booked our extra luggage fee over the phone with the bus company. We greatly appreciate it since next day is a Sunday and the bus station office is closed. The Hotel is very good and I definitely recommend it.

Me permito informarle que todas nuestras habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado, pero en la fecha de su estancia, y siguiendo con la normativa reguladora que nos afecta directamente, solo estaba conectado durante algunas horas. A nice, quiet, clean property. More suited for business travelers than families. The area, on a while, is a business area quite a way from city centre. The hotel is clean, safe and the staff is pleasant and accommodating.

Nothing to complain about. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They even told us where to go in the city and how to get there. Breakfast was tasty as well. Location is a little far, but it was very easy to find the train station, especially since staff gave directions on how to get there.

Breakfast was extremely poor and food was terrible. The reception guy called Jorge had no manners whatsoever. I kindly asked him to please check Breaakfast Area as there was no food at all and he started to laugh and tell me off because there were only 5 slices of ham on a plate. I was supposed to feed my wife and children with those 5 ham slices.I have been workig in the airline industry for more than 20 years and such a poor service. Location easy access to public transport. Air con in March not on which made room very warm and stuffy. Rooms not soundproofed so could hear everything everywhere, right down to other doors closing etc. However good value for money for Madrid.

Nice Hotel close to town, Shops and Restaurants
Very friendly helpful reception staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very large and comfortable, great beds, kettle tea and coffee and even English t.v. Also any toiletries you may have forgotten are available from reception free of charge. How good is that!!

Overnight with a small dog. Far from airport.
Stay was fine but it was far from airport. Had a dog and it was allowed for 15 euros. Parking available for a fee. WiFi was very good. Breakfast included and good. Only downside was the bed smell from the restroom - bath curtain not properly cleaned.

Nice hotel, great for families, very clean
Nice hotel, 500 mtrs from Renfe metro rail takes 26mins to SOL, very convenient. 5 mins to bus stop. From Airport Take 827 to Tres cantos, we used bus to and fro to airport T4. Convenient buses every 20mins on weekdays and every 1hr on weekends. Fare is 2.6 euros per person. Cab would have been 40 euros. Good breakfast served from 6.45am to 10.30am. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, will help you with maps and directions. Safe and peaceful location. We stayed for 5 nights during christmas time with 2 adults, 2 kids. There is a grocery store next to metro to keep you under budget. Highly recommended hotel.

Nice Place to Lay Your Head; No atmosphere at all!
The hotel is very clean. The hallways are worn; carpet is dirty and it is also shared space with an office complex. There is really nothing to do in the area. You need a car to get around and the tab from the airport was $50 each way. Just know that this is an industrial district. If you are looking for a place to rest your head for the night this is fine; nothing more. Highlights; the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced and very good. This is important because they stop selling wine at 10 pm in Spain; who knew! The breakfast is also very nice and included in the room charge. The Internet is a plus as well and works extremely well. The bathroom was my favorite part of the room. It is updated and my daughter and I took a nice bath together comfortably and she is 8 years old. The family room is still small; my husband and I and our 8 yr. old daughter and it was a tight squeeze.

Nice quiet stay
Great location within walking distance of the train, shopping mall, restaurants and a great walking / cycling / family park. Good sized clean room with lots of windows. The breakfast buffet was simple but ample.

Nice hotel, close to the city center
Going about anywhere from the hotel was easy. It's close to every public transportation, bus, metro, train. Very easy to travel to Madrid or just going around this beautiful town.
