I dont usually write reviews for the hotels that I have stayed. But this one !!! I RECOMMEND it and Loved it through out our stay. We had an early flight and we were exhausted, when we came to the front of the door , immediately greeted by the staff and they weee really nice to let us check in early and upgraded our room. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The house keeping was top notched. Overall , me and my husband were really happy with the service we received and will stay here again next time in Madrid.

We only stayed one night in order to go to the airport. The property is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The room is super cute and bathroom amazing with an amazing jacuzzi very much needed after traveling through Spain.

Relais & Chateaux sets a high standard, and the Heritage in Madrid certainly meets it. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms more so, the rooftop deck wonderful, and the service is marvelous. Can't lose. Plus-- the Salamanca section of town where it's located is great. It's a lovely area and away from the tourist crush while still being close enough to easily get to everything.

Relatively new boutique hotel. Room was generous in size and beautifully decorated. Service was excellent especially by the front desk (Alberto) who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Porter was also excellent and very attentive. Only downside was waiting for a mixed drink for 15 minutes at a time when the restaurant was almost empty. Service at dinner was not very attentive until we raised a concern and then it picked up significantly. Would definitely recommend a stay here. While it is a 20 min taxi ride to the tourist sights it is very walkable and close to good restaurants

We arrived at 8 am after a redeye flight. They gave us a room right away so that we could rest. During our stay, we took a long weekend to Morocco. They stored our extra luggage for us, and it was waiting in the room upon our return. The rooms are well decorated, albeit a little on the small side. Staff very helpful with suggestions and accommodating requests. Restaurant very tasty - wish we had gone before the last night there.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location in the Salamanca district. I like this location much better than other hotel I stayed on Gran Via. This location is upscale and quiet. The staff were super friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious.

Beautiful hotel in Salamanca. Spacious room with all amenities, attentive and professional staff. Breakfast was only so-so considering the price, but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

Hotel is luxurious! Bedding was super comfortable and had high quality pillows and sheets. Room was big and beautiful decorated. Service was superb! Will definitely return to this hotel. Neighborhood was high class in Madrid. Near Serrano Avenue.

We enjoyed our stay at the Heritage Madrid. Super nice accommodations. It is a little bit outside of center city about a 45 minute walk to the Prado. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood you will love your stay.

The hotel is beautiful and clean The staff are all great and friendly . Make you feel like home. Is in a residential area Salamanca Madrid Still short walk to near by lost of shopping and dining options. If you do not like to walk then bus stop is in the corner Or taxis very affordable.

The hotel and room were very elegant, clean and spacious. The service was absolutely great, responsive and polite. It was a short stay, but we made the most of our two days there. The only negative is that we tried to stop by the 7th floor for our champagne which came with our room category we chose but there were no attendants on the balcony bar the 3 times we attempted our toast.

This was a fabulous hotel property! The staff is first-rate, especially Jaime!! He was cordial, pleasant and helped us with our electric outage caused by my blow-dryer! Highly recommend this property! Five stars!!!!

The hotel is great. Lovely rooms, luxurious décor and setups but the best part was Alberto (I hope I got his name right) at the front desk. He was just wonderful and pleasant. Very informative and helpful. Highly recommend staying with them.

We have stayed in Relais and Chateaux properties before and we have always had wonderful experiences and this hotel was a great experience too. Excellent check in with a clear run through of the hotels facilities. The hotel staff did all they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable they were very friendly and professional. We were given ample space, in very comfortable rooms and liked the hotel’s quirky decor and atmosphere. The hotel’s location was a slight concern before we arrived and I almost didn’t book this hotel because of the location but taxis are so well regulated in Madrid, reasonably priced and abundant that it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was excellent and the best eggs Benedict I’ve eaten in years!
