"I think the first thing you need to know is this property is not glamorous. It’s borderline falling apart. There is nothing nice inside. The kitchen is borderline unusable. The laundry is communal and not in the unit and you’re not even supplied laundry soap. The furniture is super cheap. The access to the beach for the public is right next to you so you have strangers walking back-and-forth.It is a triplex, and the walls are paper thin. It sounds like the other people staying there are inside your unit.I had unreasonable expectations about the interior would be. However, the beach itself is phenomenal. The sunsets were stunning. The access to this beach from this property was amazing. They supplied lots of beach toys, which we loved.I would come back and stay here again, but just know that you’re paying for access to the beach and the beach itself. The property is not nice. It needs a lot of upgrade, and it would be nice for this amount of money if things in the kitchen were nicer, that kind of thing.Location 10000/10.Actual inside of property … 5/10"

"This is our second vacation here. The condo has everything we need and was cleaned perfectly. The view is just beautiful and the access to the beach is amazing. Parking with this property is right next to the condo with an extra spot on the top parking area. It is centrally located so we could walk to all our favorite restaurants. We also loved the Street Farmers Market which is on Wednesdays. The communication with the host was easy. WIN, WIN, WIN!"
