"Breakfast was a bit of free for all. No-one greeted you and sat you to a table - surprising that no-one checked our room number after day1. This meant people hovering for a seat as you normally see in a busy MacDonalds. The breakfast in terms of continental was ok. The hot breakfast was unfortunately lacking - it was luke warm and some too hard and inedible. But the hotel in its decor and facilities otherwise was very good. Also surprised that activities in Krakow were not promoted with reputable organisations."

"The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring on foot. If you get a corner room you’ll get a great view of the river and the city. Staff were fairly pleasant and helpful, although I couldn’t get the WiFi to work at first they did advise what to do to fix it. Breakfast was nice but very busy all the time."
