"The hotel is great and huge!! The resting area near the front was aesthetic and modern. However, the hotel is a bit far from Dontonburi but it was not hard to get there. I would recommend this hotel for the larger rooms!"

"Excelente hotel. Queda exactamente al frente del parque Universal. Para poder llegar allí súper accesible ya que hay un tren que pasa por el mismo frente. Lugares de comer cerca. La hospitalidad de los empleados es increíble. Al llegar huele rico. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Hotel grande al igual que la habitación. Lo súper recomiendo. Mi pareja y yo viajamos desde Puerto Rico a Japón y realmente nos llevamos tremenda experiencia enriquecedora. Me volvería a quedar más noches este hotel. "

"Property was beautiful, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean, onsite restaurants were very good and appetizing. Property is located across from train station, which made it extremely easy to navigate all over Osaka, and one stop away from Universal Japan, or 4 min walk. Overall stay 10/10. "

"Our room was really nice. Double sinks, heated toilet seat. And it was so close to Universal City Walk. I think the only thing I would critique are the elevators. The walls were run down and the lights inside were constantly changing to the point where I would get dizzy. Other than that, it was very easy and convenient with lovely views of the water."

"Wonderful hotel in an incredibly convenient location. Attached to a mall and a hub of restaurants and close to train stations. Beds are very comfortable and separate shower/toilet/sink is convenient. Staff is very responsive and helpful. "
