I am not happy at all with the manager of this building - first he promised an early check-in at 1pm and then I had to wait in the street for hours with my winter clothes ! I have a heart condition and this situation was very stressful for me - and then I had the Wi-Fi for only 2 days - after that no internet access at all - tried to contact the manager a lot of times with no luck ! They have the balls to text me once I was already back home for to say "it's ok now internet is back in the building" VERY BAD - I DON'T RECOMMAND THIS BUILDING AND MANAGER AT ALL !!!

MALAGA APARTMENT
The apartment is close to main attractions, the area was a little bite weird. I don't know how secure it was. The beds were uncomfortable, and a lot of noises from the windows that are next to the street. There is a washer but not drier. The elevator was really slow.

Flat 2C - Calle de Guevara
Lovely, clean, modernised apartment in the centre of the city. Great eateries very close and a wonderful base for learning more about the history of the city itself. There is a lift to the 2nd floor where the apartment is located if you find stairs difficult.
Very happy to have been here for the week.
We visited the Cathedral, the beach, the castle at the top of an "interesting" climb.....The modernised shore front where all the yachts are moored is interesting and a great place to grab a drink and watch the world go by. The Picasso Museum is great if you are interested in art and there are many museums nearby.
There are lots of Tapas restaurants within a short radius of the apartment. These feature Andalusian cuisine withe the usual mix, of cheese, meat, melon, seafood.
Water is cheap as are some wines, beer is the customers favourite and reflects the climate there. There are also several Sushi and Japanese restaurants in close proximity. And believe it or not a Lebanese restaurant in the same street as the apartment.
If you rent a car - take the owners offer to prebook parking - all parking in this area is underground , and the apartment is in a pedestrianised area.
Pros: Right in the middle of the older quarter of the city. Very picturesque and with a wonderful authentic ambience.
Cons: We've suggested a selection of pillows (soft and hard) , as well as drawers but there oodles of hanging space
Location: Nicely placed in a pedestrianised part of the city - with easy access to some of the wonderful museums and places on interest in Malaga..
This apartment had everything you need and was quite comfortable. It is well located in close walking distance to main attractions

In walking distance of everything.
The room was dark and not clean.
I had asked for a loft which, in the English language, means the upper floor, under the roof.
What we got was a main floor room where we had hardly any daylight.
The noise of doors was very disturbing, echoing in this cavernous building.
Pros: Location.
Cons: Cleanliness, mixing/serving bowl, frying pans with a flat bottom..Mattress on the sofa bed; sheets could not be tucked in and dragged on the dirty flo
