The apartments lacked kitchen dishes. My apt only had one wine glass, 2 small salad plates instead of at least 4 and so forth. It also lacked a tea kettle which is standard across tourist apartments. No dishwasher too! There was also no clothes washer inside the apartment - Expedia advertised this apartment with washer and drier. The ONE washer and drier available is for community use. That is the same washer where they wash the cleaning mops and kitchen towels - gross! They should consider washing cleaning mops and kitchen towels separately. They should also consider adding an additional washer so guests don’t queue up to do laundry. The price per night paid justifies these basic accommodations. The girls at the reception are very nice and friendly! Reception is open until late at night which is a plus. The cleaning staff is also great and takes out your apt trash every day, refurbishes toilet paper and can change towels upon request too. The towels are really old! The Dolce Gusto Nespresso machine is awesome. I purchased some pods at Corte Inglés and watched a video on YouTube to learn how to operate it. Good location and walking distance to places of interest.

The property was great and the apartment is super. It was a bit of a challenge to locate. Door is hidden with minimal signage. But our stay was great!

Beautiful, fully renovated apartment in the center. Very clean, very comfortable, excellent location. Staff was very friendly. Just FYI, the is no car access to the building. The streets are very narrow. You will have to walk with your suitcase for 2 blocks to get to the street.

Very good with some issues.
Desk closed during holiday. Duplex apt with too few electrical outlets to charge devices near bed, no temperature control valve on shower meant tricky effort on manual valve to avoid either ice cold or scalding hot water. Laundry facilities was big plus but lint trap garbage a problem and no workspace. Good location with some noise issue since it was first floor apartment.

Spacious and clean
Great location and spacious apartment. Clean and neat. Pity the space wasn't used better to make it a little more practical. The bedroom is large but there's only a double bed. Apartment 1 is next to reception so you hear all of the check-ins. Luckily this is only in the afternoon and finishes at 11pm

Don't take the family!
We wanted to stay here as we were told it was quiet and good for the family. Incredibly noisy as there was a stag do/party group staying. So disappointed

Nice but a bit scary at night
The apartment was very pleasant and in a good condition. Two a/c made life very easy and all appliances were from ikea. Reception was very friendly. However, avoid the ground floor apartments out towards the Street. First night I had to intervene to avoid a rape of a young woman. The next morning a young man was beaten up by three older guys. I tried to intervene, but suddenly one of the guys came running towards me screaming in Spanish. There is a metal fence towards the the street, but it needs to be higher for you to feel completely safe. The next 4 nights everything was very quiet - but again AVOID the ground floor apartments.

El apartamento era amplio y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Botella de agua y cápsulas de café de bienvenida. Era una habitación bien insonorizada. El apartahotel se encuentra cerca de todo lo visitable. Tiene un bar en la cubierta con buenos cócteles y buen ambiente y no es ruidoso, desde la habitación no se oia la música.

We had an apartment right under the terrace bar in the hotel, so we could hear the music to past midnight. It was not cleaned when we came to the apartment and we could see the dust on the floor very clear. But the room distribution, but the receptionist and the interior made it all worth it.

En el centro, al lado de todo, pero en una callecita rodeada del silencio mas absoluto. Magnigico Mauricio que ha estado pendiente de todo. Y las mujeres de la limpieza, y Angel, el camarero de la terraza... no se puede ser mas majos. Volveremos siempre. Gracias.
