Holidays2Málaga Cordoba Atico is our wonderful duplex penthouse in the heart of Málaga for 4 people in one of the most popular areas of the city, the Soho district, right in front of the Antonio Banderas Soho Theatre.

It is a bright and cozy duplex located in the historic center.

It is on Cordoba Street and just a few minutes walk from Calle Larios (the main street of Málaga), Plaza de la Constitución, and the newly renovated port area Muelle Uno, with its magnificent Pompidou Museum, surrounded by hundreds of fashion stores (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Adolfo Domínguez, etc.) and a wide variety of restaurants and bars.

This apartment has a master bedroom with two single beds and skylights in the sloping roof, beautiful and very romantic. The entire apartment has wooden floors, which makes the duplex very warm and cozy.

It has a bathroom with a shower and a living room with an integrated kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you may need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker... On the open upper floor, there is a single futon and a single sofa bed. Ideal for families and friends.

Air conditioning. Iron and ironing board.

The apartment is just a step away from all the most visited places in the city of Málaga, next to the Portand the Alameda Principal (urban bus stops).

You will not find a better location.

Pets are allowed. 30 euros per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit.

Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofas, etc. Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment and try to avoid noise.

Great place. Close to everything

Good communication, especially from Elena. They responded to all whatsapp inquiries quickly and made our stay pleasant. The place is clean with plenty of pots, pans and dishes.All the appliances worked. I would stay there again.Good job!

My dauther (15), wife and myself were here for 10 days in October. It's a nice and quiet place, located in the central of Malaga. Just perfect for exploring the city - very close to harbour, marked, beach and castles. No problems at late check-in, as key pickup was at the office only 100m away. Landlord had quick reply. It was a nice surprise the washing machine had built-in dryer. We can only recommend the place. Greatings from Denmark, Lars

Nice place in a perfect location

This top floor apartment with a loft could not have been better. It is located in Soho, a trendy area near the ocean, with restaurants, cafes, a supermarket etc., within a short walk of just about everything in central Malaga. Visitor center a couple of blocks away. Great location especially if you are a runner or walker. Clean, well-furnished. Ideal for a single, couple or anyone with a couple of kids.

Die Kommunikation hat problemlos funktioniert und auch die Lage war super. In 10 - 15min Fußweg ist man bereits im Zentrum angekommen und kann die Stadt erkunden. Zum Hafen kommt man auch leicht zu Fuß und die Busverbindungen dort sind auch gut gelegen.Die Wohnung war sauber und hat seinen Zweck erfüllt.
