It is a loft with an area of 140 square meters and capacity for 2 people, it has a special and modern decoration, very spacious and illuminated.

The loft offers a large independent bedroom with a 150cm double bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps.

Right in front of the bedroom we find a modern living room, with exquisite decoration, two sofas, a table, TV and a mirror.

The kitchen has an island and chairs, it is fully equipped, with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, utensils, dishes and other household items.

The dining room is spacious and offers a dining table with capacity for four people, it could also be used as a work area.

The loft also offers a spacious bathroom with a shower and two sinks, equipped with a hairdryer, towels, gel and soap.

Property is in a great location and looks beautiful. There was absolutely nothing in the house though - no tea or coffee and hardly any cups so you will need to get everything yourself (usually there is some sort of coffee / tea / water even if it’s just for one day / arrival)
