This fantastic holiday home is located on the 9th floor of a modern building with two elevators in the area of Malagueta just metres from the beach and a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Malaga. The apartment has been totally renovated in 2016, and the practical design makes the property the perfect apartment for family, friends or business.

The apartment consists of a large open plan living room with a stunning high spec kitchen with Siemens appliances, dining table for six people, sofa and two armchairs, Smart-TV with foreign channels, high speed Internet, Denon music system with Bose speakers and access to the fantastic terrace with sofa, two armchairs and a view of Muelle Uno, the Alcazaba, Pompidou Centre, mountains and Malaga Cathedral. Doors to the large terrace can be fully opened bringing the outside in and creating one large room.

The apartment has three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 offers a large double bed (180 cm), which can be divided into two single beds, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 offers a large double bed (180 cm), which can be divided into two single beds, and built in wardrobes.

The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, large bath and double sink and door leading to the laundry terrace. The laundry terrace has plenty of room to dry clothes, towels, etc. and a Siemens washing machine.

The entire property has air conditioning with individual temperature control in each room. We offer parking in the same building for 15 € per. day.

Two things matter when booking holiday accommodation online: 1. The accommodation is as advertised 2. The managing agents are efficient and trustworthy. Had an amazing stay at this apartment, very modern, comfortable and well equipped. There was often a bad smell, presumably from the drains, although not sure how this can be fixed and it didn’t really detract from our enjoyment of the apartment and our holiday.

Wonderful views of harbor and old city. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony even in mid January! Rental company very responsive to our needs and requests. Rooms large and comfortable. One minor problem was strange aromatherapy machine with sickly sweet perfume. We opened windows often to clear the scent.

We stayed with our best friends in Malaga. The condo was great. Thee bedroom and two bath worked out well for two couples! The view of the bay was great so beautiful. Jose met us and reviewed everything. Easy to walk or scooter to beach, restaurants and grocery. Nice area. Would highly recommend!!!

Loved every second. The apartment was superb, what a view! Really comfortable, great location, everything we needed and a great sound system. The balcony is so comfortable and relaxing. We used the Airport shuttle bus (linea A) which s you within a few hundred yards of the apartment. We arrived early and ped the luggage while the apartment was being cleaned, all nice and easy and very accommodating. We did a few bus trips, but in the main stayed in and around Malaga. Feria was on, so lots of food, drink and dancing, beach in the afternoon, dinner at the restaurants in the port (Angus steak - great food and service), lunches at the beach restaurants... siestas in the afternoon... cerveza and rioja... watching the sun go down over the city and Alcazaba... I want to go back now!

Second visit to this apartment and as one of the guests in our party commented, whilst sitting on the balcony enjoying a late night cocktail overlooking the harbour, "I could really get used to this"! Not much at all, if anything!

The location was wonderful view of the harbor and city spectacular, walking distance to most attractions and dining. There were not enough towels, and it was difficult to dry after usage to reuse, the bed pillows were terrible, not enough and bedding not good quality, kitchen was very nice lots of cooking utensils, dishes, pans, cups, glassware. However the stove, oven, microwave took time to figure out and should have been explained upon arrival, the front door lock was horrible and difficult to use, often it took us 10-20 minutes to get inside, until a neighbor actually took the time to explain how the lock worked, which should have been done by the check in person (locks very different in USA).

The property was great, but we did notice a slight musty odor when the AC had been off for awhile. It disappeared after the AC had been running for 10-15 minutes. All in all a great place to stay, made us want to stay longer.

Unfortunately we stayed the two weeks of heavy rain in Malaga. We didnt know that during times of rain the sewers and pipes release the odor of sewage. We begged for some air purifiers and spent hundreds of euros on expensive scented candles, incense and air fresheners. After several days we received one small air purifier and the offer for maintenance to treat the pipes, which did no good. The smell was so bad my brother and sister in law checked out early. It got a little better during the day when it was checked but the worst time was at night and early morning. After a week the ceiling in the living room started leaking and the couch got wet and plaster on the floor. Someone came to.check it the next day but nothing was done to clean it up and no further communication about it. Also the night before i left i took a bath and it leaked. So disappointed in the flat and the communication. I understand there was nothing they could do about the rain but several air purifiers would have helped, plus cleaning up the leaking ceiling.

What a stunning view in a wonderful location! Three bedrooms & three bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5 adults. And we could easily walk everywhere in Malaga from the apartment - restaurants, shopping, tourist sights and the beach were all close by. We gave the property five stars in every category except online information, simply because the property is indicated as having a washer and a dryer and it only had a washer. But nevertheless this apartment is a phenomenal place to stay! We heartily recommend it to others! We loved it!

Excellent location along the Harbor with stunning views of the harbor, Cathedral and Alcazar. It was pleasure to come home to in the evenings and to relax on the deck taking in the views. Would have been nice if a few basics (coffee, paper towels) had been supplied, but there is a store right around the corner where we could purchase. Only negative was that there was a funky sewer smell in one of the bathrooms but were told that this happens on occasion along the harbor due to aging infrastructure and tides. Wouldn't prevent us from booking again if we were to return.

What a beautiful unit! The apartment was extremely well located, a few steps to the beach and pier and a short walk (about 1 km) to the old town. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water. The kitchen was well equipped and it is possible to prepare simple meals in the unit. Parking was an issue since the price for parking is not included in the rental price and the remote control broke part way through and could not be replaced. As a result we had to use public parking. We were reimbursed for the unused parking but had to use nearby public parking at more than double the original cost. This was an unexpected expense. Check in was awkward as one cannot do a keyless check in, but rather has to try to coordinate a time with the manager for check in. A key-less check-in would have been so much more preferable and simple. Overall the unit is stunning and I would stay there again, and recommend it to others, despite the small nuisances of check-in and parking.

A large and quiet apartment with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the kitchen is spacious and open to a large dining table that looks out over the harbor and Alcazaba. The large balcony has a mesmerizing view and comfortable outside furniture. The elegant neighborhood offers La Canasta bakery and cafe, restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach restaurants, a small grocery store just behind the apartment and a large one a 10 minute walk away. There is a bike rental kiosk in front of the apartment building and it is great fun to bike down the coast west and east from this area. We enjoyed day trips out of town and going into old town and some of the more touristy areas but also enjoyed retreating to this lovely area to sit on the large balcony. This is the view that we will remember from our 3 week stay! We cooked many of our meals and could have used a few microwaveable and food storage containers.

Our overall rating refers to the apartment itself which was one of the best we have stayed in in Spain. The bedrooms are spacious as is the living area, and of course the balcony looks out on one of the best views in Málaga, especially at night, truly quite spectacular. Unfortunately however the apartment is opposite a building which is undergoing a complete internal reconstruction, and the almost constant daytime noise at times reached a level that made the balcony unusable. The harbour itself is undergoing building work but this was relatively less of a nuisance. The apartment has excellent soundproofing which drowned out much but not all of the noise. We may have been unlucky with the pile drivers, drills and jack hammers doing their worst, but the reconstruction does look as though it still has some way to go.

It is all about the view. The apartment is situated on the 9th floor of a block of flats with a balcony overlooking the port with an ever changing landscape. The balcony is large and benefits from the sun mid- afternoon and early evening, a perfect place to relax and unwind with a good book and a glass of wine. The apartment is refreshingly clean with an excellent well equipped kitchen (with all modern appliances), spacious bedrooms (with wardrobes) and three bathrooms (with showers - one has a bath). A perfect base to explore the sites of Malaga with lots of choices for restaurants either along the front, or in the old town (a 10 minute walk). The only disappointment was the car parking. This is only adequate for a small car as the entrance is under the building and very very tight! The chances of damaging your car are quite high unless you have people standing on all corners. This should have been pointed out in the description of the property as the management will refuse to refund any advance payments should you not feel comfortable.
