Only highlight - water slides were open which we did not expect as they are closing them on 1st October. Very strong disinfection smell entering hotel, had to ask to change rooms as on 5th floor had horrible sewage smell from bathrooms, were moved to 1st floor where we had no window, just patio door which was opening to open patio for whole floor with view to walls. No entertainment on evenings, if not count 30 min disco for kids on one evening. Worst part was food. We are not picky, but we did struggle to find anything to eat every day. Management was very nice to send us bottle of bubbles as a compliment, but unfortunately that did not change our disappointment. We were all inclusive.

The staff and amenities were top. Its a very family oriented hotel. Food was great and the waterpark is very enjoyable for all ages. Highly recommended!

The resort is built for kids only in mind. The director/manager didn’t speak English and very rude. The restaurant manager was very nice and attentive

Child fun hotel
I first went to this hotel 40 year's ago and it's changed immensely. The rooms are modern and comfortable with adequate appliances. The food choice was very good plenty of choice with British basics as well as continental. Just a little chaotic though. Entertainment was good. I went with teenage daughter so cannot comment on kid's club etc. The water park is an excellent Idea and addition to the hotel. Overall a fantastic family oriented hotel I would definitely recommend.

Great Location and staff, but terrible room
Stayed here in Oct 2016. Positives: Great location, just across the road from the beach, 5 minutes walk from train station, nearby shops and restaurants were good. Staff were welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Food was good and varied, restaurant staff were pleasant. Negatives: Terrible rooms, very old and dated. Walls so thin,you can hear everything from the room next door so made sleeping difficult. Beds and mattresses were very cheap and uncomfortable. As the standard room was so bad, I tried to upgrade to superior room, but none was available.

Very nice staff. Close to beach.
Vivienne was amazing. So was Oscar and a few other bar staff. Hotel always had something to do eg events activities. Bed sheets old fashioned but still clean. Very nice overall.

La comida ha perdido calidad en comparación con la de otros años. Es prácticamente el único aspecto negativo. Aparte, todos los años recibíamos una botella de vino espumoso de bienvenida, este año no ha sido así.

Me gustó la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa con aparcamiento cerca y gratis y tiendas por todos lados cerca. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones muy limpias y con muchas actividades. Lo que no me gustó fue que no había suficientes sombrillas cuando querías sombra y el tema comedor siempre era la misma comida no había variedad y se repetía mucho la misma comida. También que en el comedor si querías una bebida y la pagabas, si eras pensión completa por ejemplo, te daban de las de máquina que son asquerosas. El café también era de esas máquinas horroroso tuve que salir fuera del hotel a beber café cada día.

Supermooi hotel, super proper, kindvriendelijk, top zwembaden. Thema zwembad gaat wel wat laat open. De bar binnen zou ook overdag open mogen zijn. Nu ben je verplicht om helemaal naar thema zwembad te gaan om iets van drank te halen. Wij vonden het een aanrader. Spijtig dat er door sommige mensen zoveel eten wordt verspild. Echt schandalig. Personeel verdient een pluim. Wat ons verschrikkelijk stoorde waren de vele Engelse gasten die de beest uithingen. Gedisciplineerd in Engeland, maar varkens op verlof.

La publicité faite sur l'hotel elle est fausse. Les toboggan était fermée le bar extérieur il était fermée . La nourriture les plats étaient toujours les mêmes présentés. Un hôtel que je déconseille fortement. On devrait même me rembourser une partie du ces jours on a été dupés par la publicité . Merci de faire suivre le message

Nota justita.
Poca ventilación en restaurante, mucha gente y mala organización, podrían tener dos turnos para las comidas, pocas actividades dirigidas para niños, piscinas muy frías, la habitación no muy limpia y poco aislada acusticamente, puntuación muy justita, le pongo un 6 sobre 10. Muchas cosas que mejorar.

Det var med nogle fordel og nogle ulemper at reception medarbejde de var ikke særlig god til engelsk og havde ikke glæde ansigt og vi var ikke tilfreds ef rengøring i værelser special i badeværelset men køkken det helt andet fordi vi mødt en sød køkkenchef og lækkert mad som de serveret hver dag og en han hedder (Ari)han var sød og venlig og alle personale i køkken var sød

Estancia de un fin de semana en el cual no hemos podido dormir ninguno de los dos dias por el exceso de ruido. Habia un concurso de majoret en el pueblo y los grupos se hospedaban en el hotel, ¡ todo el santo dia ensayando con los instrumentos! 😡 y por si fuera poco cuando llega la noche el hotel les facilita la musica a todo volumen hasta las 06:00 y 07:00 de la mañana. Asi que lo que iba a ser un fin de semana de relax se convierte en noches de estres y mal humor. El baño lo tenemos que tener cerrado en todo momento por el olor que sale de la ducha. Por todo lo demas bien, el personal muy atento y el bufet bastante bien.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour famille avec enfants (mini club enfants rien si ce n'est coloriage, pas de jeux ,pas d'animation pour les enfants )par tout ce qu'il faut pour les personnes du 3ème âge. Malgra de mar n'est pas une ville intéressante, beaucoup de magasins fermés et peu de choses à faire, juste belles plages ce qui fait peu pour des vacances... je deconseillle.

El hotel está muy bien para niños se lo pasan súper bien ami lo que no me gustó que el día que llegamos nuestra habitación no esta lista la avitacion muy limpia no estaba el suelo muy susio la ducha sucia tienen que limpiar más y por la mañana tardan en limpiarla la comida pues muy poca variedad pero las actuaciones perfecta y las bebidas cuando vas a comprar que te las vendan de fil y ensima un vasito pequeño de plástico el zumo de naranja natural por la mañana perfecto pero tienen que mejorar la limpieza sobre todo

Hotel bien mais des points a revoir
l hotel, l emplacement(en face de mer, proximité des rues commercantes), les toboggans sont tres bien et en plus il y a un grand parking gratuit à côté de l hôtel ce qui est tres rare en Espagne.Les piscines sont bien exposés donc l eau est chaude. le point negatif de l hôtel concerne le ménage car parfois à 18h la chambre n etait toujours pas faites souvent a 15h30 non plus. Il faut toujours recclamer des serviettes, papiers wc, gel douche... Apres le point négatif en général concerne le manque de savoir être et de savoir vivre des gens (tout est jeté par terre, rien n est respecté (l interdiction de fumer, les grosses bouées, de reserver les transats...) les surveillants ne disent rien Au niveau de l animation il n y a que le jeune homme qui se bouge, qui sourit, qui anime tout simplement. Ces collègues ne servent à rien

Lo mejor sin duda alguna las piscinas. Y los socorristas un encanto todos. Zumo de naranha natural en el desayuno. Lo que menos nos gusto los horarios tan reducidos para comer y cenar. De 13.00 a 14.30 y de 19.00 a 21.00. Muy poco tiempo para tanta gente por lo que en el restaurante siempre muchisima gente y mucho jaleo.

El hotel esta en cima de una discoteca nos toco el primer piso desde las 24 h que habrían hasta las 6 dela madrugada no pudimos pegar ni ojo paracia que la habitación estaba dentro de la discoteca. Muy poco servicio,un solo bar para tres picinas. Total que no lo aconsejo a nadie.

En general todo positivo, es cierto que la comida podría ser mejor y la limpieza de las habitaciones fue un desastre pero en recepción me comentaron que hubo un problema con las señoras de la limpieza con lo cuál al faltar personal es entendible. Es un hotel familiar con buen ambiente y los niños sobretodo disfrutan muchisimo en las piscinas.
