We have just returned from a wonderful week away in our favourite resort of Pollensa. It was our first time staying at the property and we loved it. It was a 5 minute walk to the sea front and restaurants/shops and had a great pool area that the children loved. Sebastian and Maria were excellent and very helpful with any queries that we had. We were surprised that the apartment wasnt cleaned whilst we were there, but we managed to do this ourselves. Fresh towels were provided every 4 days but with a washing machine in the bathroom, we were able to freshen up beach towels etc if needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Sonia and Sebastian are lovely. They welcomed us, gave us maps, told us about the local markets, how the buses worked, recommended local eateries etc. lovely people. Pollensa is beautiful and we’ll be back.

Awesome place for cheap travel
The stay was great for two nights. I knew going into the stay, the apartment was a little outdated and that was the case. However, we did not care because the price was amazing and so was the location. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts who helped in any way they could. I would 100% recommend and if I find myself in Mallorca again, I will definitely stay here.

Another Great Stay
We've been using the Apartamentos Llevant for our holiday accommodation for a few years now, as it never disappoints. Its in a great location for the beach, town, walks and the Bus Station. The neighbourhood is generally quiet, as are the apartments. Sonia and Sebastian are always so friendly and helpful. On the rare occasion there has been an issue in the apartment, it is sorted within a matter of hours. The apartments themselves are cleaned regularly and have all the facilities you need for an enjoyable stay. Highly Recommended.

Sophia was particularly lovely and helpful. She was very welcoming when we arrived and very helpful during our stay. The apartments are small but very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and lots of storage space. Well equipped kitchen for breakfasts and snacks. The small washing machine is very useful for rinsing through beach towels and salty clothes

Really enjoyed our stay at these apartments, clean, friendly staff and great location. Kids loved the pool! Only downside was the beds being a little too hard. Would definitely recommend and return one day.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay, 5 mins away from the beach, 10 mins max from supermarket but there are other close ones, all amenities available, dish washer, washing machine, cooker, micro, Tv and more. Very lovely staff, nice clean pool, very clean place. Loved it and would definitely book again.

Best place to stay in Puerto de Pollenca
Sebastian and Sonia are very friendly and helpful in any situations, the apartment is located in a great position, close to the center and nearby all that you need, fully equipped kitchen and all the apartment is very clean, if you are going to stay here you will not regret it, the best place in Puerto de Pollenca.

Friendly staff who helped if we had any questions or needed anything. Great location and nice clean apartment with everything we needed. We would definitely book here again. Room was a bit hot but we had a fan and good aircon in lounge area. Nice big fridge, washing machine and big bathroom. Balcony overlooked the school and mountains

Another Lovely Stay at Apartamentos Llevant
This is the 2nd year in succession that we have stayed at this property. It's in a great location, 5- 10mins walk from the town centre, beach, Pine Walk and the Bus Station. The property itself is a good size, with separate bedroom, bathroom and living area. We stay for 3 weeks and spend quite a few nights in, as it were, and don't feel cramped. There is a good selection of self catering amenities - halogen hob (x2); microwave oven; convection oven & fridge freezer. There's a washing machine within the bathroom that proves very useful. Hair dryer, iron & ironing board are all available on request. Our balcony overlooked the pool and we spent a good deal of time sitting there for breakfast / lunch / dinner. The property itself is in a quiet area & is not overlooked, and it does feel very private. The pool is a good size and is surrounded by hedges, so again feels very private / secluded, and is sheltered from the wind - a great alternative to the beach on windy days! Sebastian and Sonia who look after the apartments couldn't be more helpful, nothing is too much trouble, but are also happy to stand back and let you enjoy your break if that's what you want. They are usually available between 9am and about 6/7pm. The apartments are a mixture of holiday lets and owner occupied, so there is a nice mix of people, but it is usually very quite with perhaps half a dozen folk around the pool at any given time? We highly recommend this property and hope to return again next year.

Had a great stay at the apartments they are clean and a fantastic location! They are fairly basic apartments and my only comment would be to upgrade the beds a little. They are very clean and Sonja and Sebastian are great hosts! Whilst I had my stay there we had a hurricane and they checked on every single one of us staying at the apartment which goes above and beyond! Thank you!

Family Holiday
Just returned from a lovely family holiday at the ApartHotel Llavent, with our 2 teenage daughters. The owners Sebastian and Sonia made us feel very welcome and they were always on hand to answer any queries etc. The apartments were fairly basic but clean and had very efficient air conditioning which was much appreciated in the hot weather. We enjoyed using the pool most days and we always managed to get a sun lounger. The location is perfect, only a couple of streets back from the main promenade/beach. The resort of Peurto Pollenca is stunning and with over 70 restaurants you have plenty of choice when eating out. I would recommend ApartHotel Levant for a good value holiday and the resort of Peurto Pollensa is excellent for families.

Ideal holiday rental
The hosts were extremely helpful with fantastic English. The apartment is basic but great for a holiday rental and in an ideal location for the beach and centre of town. Maid service regularly and the added benefit of a washing machine too.

Ideal location stay
We were looking for low cost accommodation. We like to travel and explore so paying for luxury hotels is not cost effective. These apartments fitted the bill. An excellent base for seeing the beautiful island of majorca. They are located in a ideal site for walking and exploring Port de pollenca. Near to all amenities. Beach, restaurant and small supermarkets. They are clean, basic with a reasonable sized pool. A washing machine an added bonus. The hosts Sonia and Sebastian are exceptional. They were so welcoming and responsive to any needs we might have had. The apartment was cleaned, sheets and towels changed every 3 days by lovely hard working cleaners. Because the hosts were so lovely I feel bad giving negative feedback. But the enjoyment of these apartments are very much dependent on the behaviour of other clients. The rooms were not very soundproofed and The tiled floors emphasise every sound. Pool was generally peaceful They are also making improvements to the property so will be even better next season.

Positive things: the place of apartment is great, just 5mim walk from the beach/main street with restaurants/bars. The reception is very sociable and helpful. There is a free parking in front of apartments. The swimmimg pool is ok. Negative things: the bedding was dirty. But then informed the staff, they changed it immediately. In two rooms apartment there is only one air conditioning system, it means in the bedroom was hot... There is no sugar, salt or other small stuff which would make stay more comfortable. All in all, the stay was ok.

Fab stay at Levant apartments. Sebastian and Sonya were really helpful. The only slight shame was nowhere for afternoon/evening departures to use a toilet or have a shower after vacating your apartment. This would be a welcome addition.

Fantastiskt trevlig personal. Älskade poolen! Lägenheten helt okej, men sängarna var inte bekväma. Bra läge, men väldigt mycket oväsen. Sophämtning alla tider på dygnet, vrålande motorcyklar. Med det sagt, vi trivdes jättebra!!

Flott beliggenhet i sentrum med 4minutter gåavstand unna flotte strender.Resturanter/butikker i umiddelbar nærhet. Llevant er et fint bosted med helt ok leilighet,bra utstyrt kjøkken og topp med vaskemaskin på badet 👍 Vi var 4personer,1 soverom og 2oppredninger i stua. Meget hyggelig vertskap med godt humør!
