Quiet, peaceful. Small, although probably bigger than it seemed as so widely spaced out. Several pools and plenty of loungers. Places to play some sports were dotted all over the place, but subtle. There was evening entertainment- not my thing- it could be heard but unobtrusive. Our room had a great sea view and beautiful sea breeze. The room was perfect. Very clean, quite large and a good balcony.

Location not great. It’s approx 2.5k from the main port. You’ll need a car or the patience of a saint waiting for the buses which I never found ran according to the timetable. It was €3 per person for a single into the port. €9 single for all 3 of us, followed by another €o to get back. €18 each time we wanted to go into the main port. If you walk it, you risk a dark main road without pavement for most of the trek. Taxi’s we’re overrun, need to wait 40-50mins for one. If the restaurant and buffet on site were better then we may have been happier to eat on site more often. Rooms were basic but offered amenities you wanted. They weld the door key to the air con card to prevent you from keeping the air conditioning on while you’re not in the room. The efficiency of the air con wasn’t great so it took a long while to cool the room. Front door has a large blurred window resulting the room being fully lit up first thing in the morning.

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Food quality was good and choices were varied. Pools were beautiful and extremely clean. Hotel is extremely family and children friendly.

Highly recommended
An amazing hotel, with excellent staff. Cant fault anything about our stay. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location is about a 25 minute walk into Pollenca Port town , but we enjoyed the ride on bikes, which you can hire from the hotel. It is very cycle and scooter friendly with seperate lanes just for walkers and cyclists. Room was spotless, and cleaned regularly. The gym and spa are great (adults only). I miss the place already! Food also very good standard! well done all around.

Staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived (earlier than specified check-in) to when we left (much later than check-out). The room was clean, light, airy and spacious with regular cleaning throughout the week. It was always possible to find a quiet spot to read or sunbathe, but the bus stop was at the edge of the property so easy to get to Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa too. Evening entertainment was varied and good quality, along with the food. We'd definitely go back.

Great stay. Friendly staff, clean room. Good facilities, modern and well laid out room. Ample parking. Nice selection of pools. Quiet and very close to both Port Pollença and Port Alcudia. Would definitely return.

Nice hotel but could be a lot better.
Nice hotel, not self catering, although we rented an apartment, there was no kitchenette and the rooms wasn’t serviced properly. In fact it wasn’t serviced at all one of the days. There was a deposit that had to be paid for the room, a separate deposit for the safe, a separate deposit for towels, had to pay in advance for massages and had to buy vouchers for dinner. This cheapened our experience.

Very good family suites, super pools, good mini market, very friendly staff. Might have bit more sunbeds next to the main pool and there were nowhere to eat at the hotel at 5 pm. Just drink bar but no food.

The property looked brand new! Refurbished! Very clean and spacious! They upgraded us to a suite and it was stunning. We had two sun beds outside. No faults ! Except the sofa bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows should have been regularly square ones ..it was hard to get to sleep ( just a personal preference) otherwise, a great location and a lovely accommodation.

Great hotel, with great staff. Location was ok, 1mile walk to town and beach across from hotel was a small rocky area. Had to walk or drive to a proper beach. Not a hotel issue but more of a location issue. We would still come back to this hotel.

Club del sol exceeded our expectations, it is a phenomenal venue for a family holiday with first class facilities for children and adults. The staff were excellent and were helpful in all scenarios. The food was the best i have ever had in a spanish hotel with lots of variety including local and home cuisine. There is a fantastic little shop on site for self catering or if you are doing b/b. Puerto pollensa is only 5 mins away on the bus at 1.55 euros each with a bus stop right outside the hotel or a taxi is 7 euros. The wifi could have been better if it was needed, that would be my only niggle but definitely not essential for a trip as phone signal was generally good for 3g. Highly recommended

This holiday resort was lovely and friendly, we had a great holiday. Lovely clean apartment right opposite the pebble beach; great location and set on its own in between port de pollensa and alcudia on a lovely sweeping bay. Only 45 mins drive from the airport. Also hired some bikes and went for a lovely bike ride along the cycle paths on the seafront. We will definitely return.

Not perfect but not bad.
It was ok..the positives were the pools and common areas were really attractive and there were plenty of loungers and parsols, the entertainment team seemed lovely and very friendly. The rooms were modern and the beds were really comfortable. It was a little too far from the centre to walk with little ones but wouldnt be a problem just adults. We got the bus or a taxi most days, taxis were around 6 or 7 euros. The cleaning of the room could have been better, but it didnt spoil our trip. I found it odd how many deposits they required, the safe, the towels and even the table tennis bats? We could charge to our room so i didnt understand the need for deposits. Most staff were friendly aside from one receptionist who was pretty unhelpful and i was quite embarrassed when i was told to put a plum back from the breakfasting buffet infront of other diners as i was walking out....we had paid 28 euros for a family breakfast. It left a sour taste for the sake of a plum.

Terrible experience - not 4* - avoid!
4*? Would hate to see a 2*’!!! Noisy rooms above air con system (all junior suites’ had to change room 3 times Rude staff ‘House keeping’don’t clean the room! All cups left dirty and expected to wash your own!! Terrible service - not happy at all. Only positive - 3 pools to choose from and one nice and quiet.

Lovely Hotel and location.
Great location just outside of the main area of Port de Pollensa so great access for visiting other parts of the Island. Easy parking on site. Snack bar, restaurant, bar and shop provided everything you could need. Walking distance (25 minutes) to town and on a bus route. ,

Great standard , peaceful location
My wife and I wanted a base in Puerto Pollensa where we could park our car safely, come and go as we please as we were meeting up with friends who were staying in the centre, this place was excellent, great standard of accommodation, we used the restaurant a couple of times and found it good standard and value for money. I have recommended it to my daughter as it is ideal for young families So she I taking my grandson. My wife and I are planning a return in May.

Family orientated hotel.
Family hotel approx 2km from Port de Pollença centre. Walking distance( but not with small children) along busy road with cycle path. Regular bus service from outside hotel to P.P and Alcudia. Lovely swimming pools catering for adults and children. Entertainment team work hard to please and encourage participation but not pushy. Rooms serviced daily. Found apartments to be clean and comfortable. Nespresso coffee machine a bonus but capsules not replenished daily. A small 'Welcome' pack of necessities on arrival would have been appreciated. Ie... milk, washing up liquid, bread, bottle water etc. We experienced a relaxing week in September.

The hotel is in a great location and is not too big. A great layout and the rooms are a great size for 4 people with a seperate bedroom and a good suze balcony. The decor is warmly modern. The food is reasonable but there is a good choice and plenty of it.

Awesome hotel, 15 minutes from the beach
This hotel is exactly how you see in the photos. Our room was brilliant. Everything is fully furnished and clean. Excellent food (lunch menu). Bus stop right outside with regular services Monday to Sunday to Port Pollensa and Alcudia. Additionally, a taxi to/from Port Pollenca/hotel is approx €7 and takes 5 minutes. There is also a path for walking to the main bars and beaches, which took us roughly 20 minutes. Back to the hotel, we went in one of the two pools that we saw and it's clear these were regularly cleaned and well looked after. Loads of sunbeds and sunshine all day long! Bar not too far from the pool either so perfect for couples getaways (which we did). Hotel transfer was easy from the airport. We used GTS Global for under £12pp and they stuck us on a bus. Transfer was around an hour to the hotel. On the way back as we travelled on a Sunday, we decided to find our own route back. To do this, we caught a bus to Alcudia and then an airport bus back to PMI airport which seemed to run every hour for €8. Easy stop to find as it's right outside the information centre. Alcudia is also a very nice place to visit, and the port is well worth the half hour walk if you don't wish to taxi, bus or horse ride. Our overall experience of this place was brilliant, our only regret is that we only spent a whistle stop long weekend in the area. We would love to go back.

Flott hotell som vi har vært på 10 ganger før. Hyggelig personale og fine ute og inne områder. Dessverre litt tekniske problemer på rommet slik som aircondition som ikke virker og dør som var vanskelig å låse og få opp igjen . Men ellers alt veldig bra.

Sehr nettes Personal. Hotel trotz der Nähe zur Landstraße sehr ruhig zwischen Alcúdia und Port de Pollença gelegen und gut erreichbar. Zimmer sind einer 4* Sterne Bewertung entsprechend.
