The natural park of La Gola, a point of reference in ornithological tourism, is also very close. The apartment consists of a living room, with an adjoining terrace, an independent kitchen. It has a room with a double bed and another room with two single beds with access to a small terrace. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. The pool is communal and has a large terrace with sun loungers where you can sunbathe.

The apartment is just 7 minutes walk from Plaça Miguel Capllonch in Puerto Pollença where the church is located as well as bars and restaurants.

The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. Lovely pool area which we had to ourselves most of the time. Both apartment & pool area clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked well, beds very comfortable. Good location close to beach & all resort amenities. We were very happy with our stay.

This is our second stay. Some of the equipment is starting to show its age. Instructions for the washing machine would be useful

I liked the property. It had all that we needed, including air conditioning. It was quiet and well located for the sea front and restaurants. Parking was a challenge, difficult to find a place to park. I would recommend a lock on the inside of the patio doors as I think that someone tried to enter one night, and suceeded in opening the door by rattling it.

This property is perfect for 1-3 cyclists who want a well located apartment in PdP. It is close to everything (grocery store, beach boardwalk, restaurants), and is great for access to all local cycling routes as well. We had a minor problem with the washing machine, but it was fixed immediately, within hours of us notifying them, which was greatly appreciated. All in all, perfect! Thank you!!

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Port de Pollença. The location is great, only a few minutes from the seafront but still feels private and relaxed. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and came with all the amenities needed. Having two balconies was a bonus! The swimming pool was secluded and we had it to ourselves most times we visited. Communication with Josep was very efficient and clear. Highly recommended!
