The food was tasty. I just didn’t like the bathroom because it always had a non pleasant smell. After the shower gel finished, we were not given more. Location is good, close to the beach and shops.

You can’t fault how clean and organised this hotel is. The staff are friendly and the options in the restaurant good. The rooms are small but tidy and modern. The hotel entertainment wasn’t great but the bar is pleasant. We didn’t like the area but this isn’t the fault of the hotel. Overall we’d stall at a Grupotel again for sure but probably not in Can Picafort.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to the beautiful beach of Can Picafort, a short distance from everything: shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sea promenade where you can take evening walks. Although we arrived late at the hotel and missed dinner that evening, we were directed to serve a brunch in the restaurant, which we appreciated. The receptionists are not the warmest people in the world, but they always responded promptly to all our requests. The triple rooms are ok in terms of space and comfort, cleaning is done daily and towels are changed on request, but the bedding was only changed once in the 10 days we stayed in the hotel, something that should be fixed. Being a 4* hotel, we expect to receive slippers, bathrobes, a shower cap, soaps in the toilet, unfortunately nothing is provided from the listed items. The food is super good and varied both at breakfast and at dinner, the staff at the restaurant is amazing. Drinks at dinner are not included in the price, but the prices are more than ok. Almost every evening there are entertainment shows and they are very attractive and entertaining. There is a clean swimming pool, with free chaise lounges and towels provided by the hotel. Overall it was a very nice holidays and we recommend Farrutx Hotel for your stay in Can Picafort.

L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs agrĂ©able, dĂ©coration Ă©purĂ©e, locaux propres. Le personnel est charmant et Ă  l’écoute. L’hĂŽtel est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  200m de la rue piĂ©tonne avec les commerces, bars, restaurants et Ă  300m de la plage. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.

Desayuno buffet estupendo, piscina tranquila, personal amable. El edificio principal estå bien pero el edificio anexo nada que ver, tanto en la temperatura que sube unos cuantos grados como en comodidades. La habitación y baño para 3 personas, muy pequeños.

HĂŽtel a fuire si vous souhaitez la propretĂ© et le respect des clients. Toutes les chambre de cet hĂŽtel sont infester d'enorme cafards. Ce qui est logique quand on voit les femmes de mĂ©nages ne pas passer l'aspirateur ni nettoyer les sol ni mĂȘme faire votre lit ou changer les draps pendant deux semaines. Un jour il y a eu une panne d'Ă©lectricitĂ© et d'eau qui a durĂ©e plusieurs heures, donc nous avons dĂ» monter les 5 Ă©tages a pieds et pas pu se doucher aprĂšs une journĂ©e plage et bien-sĂ»r aucune excuse n'a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©senter. L'hĂŽtel est fait uniquement pour des espagnoles ou des allemands, il devrais retirer le drapeau français. MAIS QUI LEUR A DONNER 4* ??

Modern place. Breakfast good. Building and rooms clean. But no electricity/ water for 2hours, no information. Room service blocks gangways, elevator for more than 1 hour, had to carry whole luggage of my family on myself over stairs. AND: much too loud, party location/ disco directly nearby!

Snyggt hotell och rum, men vÀldigt opraktiskt med en glasskiva man skjuter Ät sidan (med springor bÄde uppe, nere och pÄ bÄda sidorna) som badrumsdörr pÄ hotellrummet. Man hörde och kunde kÀnna lukten av alla toabesök. VÀldigt lyhört rent allmÀnt. Vi kunde höra alla utanför hotellrummet. Det var vÀldigt dÄlig stÀdning. Vi hade sand pÄ golvet (blir lÀtt sÄ nÀr man kommer frÄn stranden) men det dammsögs aldrig under vÄr vistelse. De tog vÄra smutsiga handdukar men glömde att ge nya. Om man inte paxar solstol vid poolen pÄ morgonen innan frukost fÄr man ingen plats, för alla andra lÀgger ut sina handdukar dÄ. Som tur Àr ligger hotellet vÀldigt nÀra stranden. Stort utbud pÄ frukosten, men ordningen pÄ buffén var lite opraktiskt. T.ex. yoghurten var pÄ ett stÀlle och flingorna pÄ ett annat, sÄ man fick gÄ fram och tillbaka och kors och tvÀrs för att hitta allt man ville ha. TrÄngt och mycket folk om man vill ha sovmorgon. Trevlig personal! Det var en man i receptionen som kunde svenska.
